Had some issues with getting a rental at first but the staff has been nothing but friendly and helpful I rent on a weekly basis for work and they have been amazing

On 4 different occasions I had to walk out of this location because the car type I reserved was given to someone else. Each time they feed me different excuses. If you would like to rent a car and not know what you’re going to get before you arrive at the location this is the place to go. I do not recommend this location if you have choices which in Watertown we do not so, go to Hertz.

Full size is a mini van now? They offered, I said no and they accommodated my request. Nice service and yes I'm still laughing about the mini van....hahaha.

The entire staff at the Watertown NY location are all amazing. Hands down, I've had the best customer service experiences every visit. They are always friendly, and helpful. They have helped me for the last 6 months, 2+ rentals a month. Each of my rental experiences have been great. No complaints at all. 10 stars.

So here's a little tip for those renting a car from them. If you go through your insurance it's $50 deposit. If you don't its $300 flat rate deposit regardless how much the initial rate is. They don't tell you that part. The guy who brought the car didn't explain that so that was 600 all together. Let me tell you check to make sure the whipers and the heat work in your car if you decide to rent from them.

Very good place to deal with. Extremely professional and customer oriented. We were camping in the Alexandria Bay area so we were extremely pleased with the ease of picking up the rental right off Rt 81 and jumping back on. Definitely will use them again

I made a reservation online, which was extremely easy to navigate. I arrived there at noon, had to prove a couple of identity (utility bill, license, etc) and about 10 min later we were out looking over my rental noting any scratches or dents, and then I was on my way. Great experience, great staff at this location! I recommend this enterprise if you need a rental!
