I had me and my husbands cars in 2 different locations for different things and both experiences were not great. My husband had tires delivered there to be put on at the gates location (they didnt fit) so when going to put his original tire back on they dropped it on a nail and all they did was plug it when it should of been replaced. So the next weekend we had more delivered, 6 hours of it being there my husbands calls and they cant find one of the tires we purchased, find out they put it on someone elses car! We finally get it done and he goes to leave and drive away and he can tell something isnt right gets out and checks his tires not a single lug nutt was tighten all completely loose!! Could have damaged his car or caused an accident. I then brought my car to the webster location the following week for inspection and oil change. My car needed a front tie rod changed which they did but the next day something felt wrong and it got worse my car was shaking it felt like my front wheel was going to snap off. So i called and told them what was going on and they had me drop it off again. Turns out they had to tighten a lot of things! Ive had a few tie rods changed and never have i had to go back to have things tightened its like they are forgtetting to do have their job! And a few days later my car is having rhe same issue (all brakes and ties are new mind you ) i wont be taking it back there again cause clearly they cant seem to remember to do the simpliest things like tighten things but also losing our tires, dropping our tire on a nail. Im an.highly disappointed Services: Tires, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Oil change, General repairs & maintenance

I’m a 73 year old widow with my family out of town, and own a 2000 Cadillac that I try to keep up with the repairs. Being an older woman in the past Every mechanic that I went to and Thought was “Honest” Lied and took advantage of me. My car sounded like a truck, my steering wheel for Over 15 years constantly made noises when turning, the hood of the car while driving would shake so hard that I thought that the hood would blow off. I had a hard time seeing the road at night, the headlights didn’t show on the road…... Finally Rich from Midas is recommended to me. I make the appointment, and told Rich all the problems that I have been having with my car. Rich works on my car. I couldn’t believe what he did!! Rich Actually Fixed my car with all the problems and did a thorough inspection of my car to make sure it’s safe and secure. Plus Adjusted my headlights. My One regret is NOT KNOWING Rich years Before. It is indeed VERY VERY Rare to find an “Honest” “Reputable” Hard Working Mechanic who takes Pride in his work, plus a true Gentleman. Thank You Rich, Your son Anthony and Your Mechanics. Now I know why there are people lined up at your door Even Before you are opened, waiting to have their cars repaired by you and your team! Being 52 I've had lots of experiences with Auto Repair places. That's why you should take this 5 star seriously. The pricing and evaluation and non pushy approach here. They are what you want honest and fair. They've taken care of me in a pinch numerous times. They've not charged me before that's unheard of in the industry. Yes it was a quick weld on a muffler clamp but come on no charge! You can't go wrong here it's a family feel going here and they work on both our Volvo's. I wish the building appearance represented them better. Because it really is a first rate establishment with a great owner.
