It's Labor Day. What's worse than horrible customer service? How about No customer service!!! I love DnD's coffee, so they get that 1 star. 4 people working, I'm the only customer at counter and in the whole store. I'm completely ignored, nobody even says Hello to me or looks at me, not once! ...DoorDash guy walks in, hands them a receipt for an order, so 3 of them start filling his order. 1 kid cleaning garbage. Still, nobody even looks at me. 5 minutes go by. I put my cash back into my wallet and walked out and told my wife to drive to a different location. Lazy bums! Fire them all!

Ever since the new renovation, Dunkin’ has been improving for the good! I’m glad to see more staff members throughout the day so service is faster and more efficient. I unfortunately can’t say the same for the Night Shift, they’re a bit understaffed but still manageable. On the bright side, everything is made to perfection. The store is kept very clean and pleasurable. This location doesn’t have a drive-thru so be prepared to wait in line to order. I’d highly recommend ordering through the Dunkin’ app if possible.

Pathetic!! I ordered online and on pickup they're out of donuts. Upon asking refund, refused couple of times and ask me to take coffee on replacement of donuts. After pressing it further, manager give me refund without tax.

It's a nice Dunkin but the staff is blah, clearly has that hate to go to work feel.

Very very disappointed. The coffee tasted extremely bad. You ask for the same type of coffee and it will always taste different in this place. So bad I won't be getting coffee from there for a while.

They left paper in my sandwich AND put my donuts faced down in the bag. They also put no sugar in my coffee even though I asked for 2. Would not recommend.

Very crowded. Cashier not particularly helpful when I had questions re Dunkin' app. Will find new location next.time.

They must learn how to take it easy on the rush hours. It is not easy and customers can be something hard to deal with, but when working with people you need to be able to manage yourself even when it is stressing. Other than that love this location.

Spent almost $40 there and among the things I ordered was two medium hot chocolates. There was an issue with one of the drinks and the girl working refused to fix the order. I understand she couldn’t take the drink back because of Covid but she insisted she couldn’t give me a refund or an even exchange of the drink remade. She finally admitted she probably made the drink wrong and tried to give me a small which wasn’t what I wanted. I ended up having to toss both in the trash.
