Worse bank to bank with , they will take your money an not explain what happen to it . I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT TO BANK . Customer service is horrible , pending transactions take way to long to come off the card . Overdraft fees are out of this world . Worse bank ever .

So, I took a family member to open a checking acct, 15 min before closing time....Well, we should have walked away when I saw the banker looking at his watch and hesitating to help us, not to mention his demeanor, like he was better than anyone....went through with it after he stated ok, and it was like we weren't there the whole time. He was trying to work as fast as he could and get us out of there by answering questions we should have been asked. Needless to say he never once explain anything to us or ask us any questions to the choices everyone has by opening a checking acct. Also, we went with a coupon of $225 when i asked about how that works he not only gave me the paperwork with the name misspelled but told me that he just have to enter it in the computer and that we didnt have to be there for it. So I left, called the 800 # and the Rep told me that there was nothing in the computer indicating the trasanction. She gave me the Supervisor's name of the branch and appologized for getting LESS than "Customer Service" . I went back the next day (today) to the branch and Nikki served us, still didnt get no explination even after i told her how we got treated, what he didnt do and obviously what was expected....however she was focusing on finding out what the hell her co-worker did with the coupon he didnt apply which she didnt find. The experience was horrible and he shouldnt be working in Customer Service let alone in a bank. He has a lot to learn when it comes to serving the public.
