I’ve been to a few Coffee Monster cafes in Flushing and this place by far is the best. This cafe is newer, cleaner, and bigger. Their coffee is so good and they have the best shaved ice! We tried 15 grain latte, brown sugar bubble tea, adffogato, etc. and they were all very good. It’s easier to park here and the staffs are friendly. This is just the right place to enjoy coffee and desserts. This will be our new go-to place when we come to Flushing!

I’ve been to a few Coffee Monster cafes in Flushing and this place by far is the best. This cafe is newer, cleaner, and bigger. Their coffee is so good and they have the best shaved ice! Clean and very friendly staff. Love their drinks and desserts. My most go to is crouffle and ice coffee! If your new in this neighborhood then you should definitely go here n it will become your go to place like me!

So happy Coffee monster open in Whitestone! I used to have to drive all the way to northern Blvd location！I usually buy the ice coffee but April is still too cold for ice coffee so I had the Cappuccino. I love it! Not so the citron honey tea(just citron honey jam add hot water). A good size cafe for friends who wants a coffee chat. Great ambience.

Great neighborhood place for a wide variety of unique tastes and flavors not found everywhere. All high end quality ingredients that come across in the robust flavors and tastes. From coffee's to food this place is must try. Jane and the rest of the staff are always friendly and smiling. The Korean BBQ bulgogi panini is excellent as is the spicy chicken. (Yes I had to have both).Be prepared to wait 20 minutes as it is something that is made to order. That's a good thing. The tiramisu latte with ghirardelli cocoa powder is also delicious. Fresh made warm croffles with cinnamon sugar are a delicious treat.

I have been to Coffee Monster on and off many times. The coffee tastes better than Starbucks, the sizes of the drinks are bigger than Starbucks, the people are nicer than they are at Stsrbucks. I read some of the reviews and have never experienced any of the negative things others report. All employees are very nice and always say hello and smiling. Based on the last year or so and the fact that they had to put up a sign thats says they reserve the right to refuse sevice to anyone hostile and aggressive, I'd say the complainers are the ones with these issues. Guys, you go to a coffee shop for coffee and pastry. Get over yourselves. You're not owed anything other than what you paid for. I ❤️ this coffee shop.

Tldr: absolutely love this place but they play really loud music, usually upbeat pop/hip-hop that kills focus and makes it feel more like a lounge than a coffee shop. 8/10 Pros : Lovely cafe with a nice aesthetic and great friendly staff. Reviews that say the staff is rude has gotta be really isolated/ biased events everyone there is great. The drinks and food are delicious and are priced nicely for their size. Lots of seating and charging ports. Ample free parking all around. Con: the only issue I have and have seen some other complain about is the music. It's usually VERY loud and repetitive. Not the best for trying to get some work done and focus even with headphones in at full volume. If the music was a little less loud this place would get a perfect 10/10.

The interior is nice and clean. Perfect spot to sit and chat or study. Removed 1 star for the $7.85 I paid for iced matcha latte. Almost $8 for a medium sized drink? Is it just me or does it cost more than Starbucks? Regardless, I don't think it should've cost that much. Even with the oat milk option, I don't remember paying almost $8 at Starbucks for iced matcha.

Great cafe, food and drinks do not disappoint. One of the better Coffee Monsters with a calmer atmosphere. Doesn't get too busy and employees are quick with orders. Good local cafe to visit when wanting a refreshing and satisfying drink. I personally recommend the shaved iced. The young asian workers take their job seriously and keep this place clean.

As a business owner I understand how important my employees are to my companies bottom line. I discovered this place while on an afternoon walk with my wife a few months ago and it seemed like a great find. We’ve been here a handful of times for some shaved ice, which is actually very good btw. Recently went in for some around 835pm, waited in line to place my order (around 839pm). When the young man asked me what I wanted I ordered the mango shaved ice, when the young woman heard my order she immediately scoffed and walked away. The young man repeatedly asked her a question in their native language while she ignored him. He then proceeded to walk away and have a private conversation with the woman (I could still see you bro). When he returned he informed me of this policy they had decided to implement that they do not take shaved iced ordered after 840pm. It is now 841pm mind you and he spent the last 2 minutes speaking to the woman. I begin to argue the point a little but I figured hey it’s not really worth it. I started To walk out the door as he yelled “Wait you wanted Medium right?!” No thanks buddy. Just to make a point, the people before me ordered the expect same item. Regardless of the fact, the place makes good items but their employees are just terrible. Even the handful of times I’ve gone they have just been nothing but rude and dismissive.
