I placed an order on the mobile app around 12:20am, the place said it closes at 1am. Got there and it was closed, the manager came out and apologized. Said he had to close early cuz they were short staffed. The manager told me to come another day and he would make my order for me. I did and he did, got a free smoothie as well, thumbs up for the manager.

I do understand I was there really in the evening but a couple times already even late in the evening it gets crowded and they only have two or three workers which is not enough. Especially with the orders coming mobile and people already waiting inside waiting to order. If they know they're going to have a large crowd leading the evening accommodate the workers with more help.

Use to come here as a child when the play ground was on the second floor, kinda sad I couldn't share the same experience with my son now 😢 because they took it out sadly. I continue to come here because of my memories I love this McDonald's ❤️

I feel very uncomfortable there because customer service was horrible I asked two questions about menu items and was given attitude for even asking I would not suggest going to this establishment.

It's ok....just that the service takes for ever. It took like 15 min with 4 customers to get my order.

This establishment is such an embarrassment. I went in today and placed an order when I got home half my order was missing and the crispy chicken sandwich that I ordered had no chicken!! like what a joke! just two buns with mayonnaise and tomatoes! You go in and all you see is a bunch of people back there talking and yelling and customers just waiting for their orders while they take their sweet time and talk about their personal issues where we can hear all the way in the waiting area! smh never again! extremely unprofessional!

Manager Alicia is rude- i asked for a McChicken no lettuce, she messed up my order and was upset she had to make me a new one. Snatched the old one out my hand and threw it out. Lady it was your staffs mistake not mine. Get it together Other places just say no worries, we'll replace it, keep the one your holding. NOT SNACTH IT OUT MY HAND. I thought it was Mcdonalds have it your way. No be upset I didn't accept it your way.

Terrible customer service. Workers told us to not order upfront because no one was there to take orders. HOWEVER 4 workers, female walked past us running across the store laughing, left then came back. Foul language used 🤨👎👎
