This is the worst delivery company I ever seen.. always my package are missing and if you call no body answer the phone call.. the package disappeared and no body did anything about it

Good customer service from the young lady that helped me. But, the FedEx pick up driver moved out of his spacy end space parking space, and moved to another space on the other side of my car and blocked my passenger door in. He jumped out of the truck with an attitude and walked away without saying sorry, or asking was I ok with him blocking my passenger car door in.

Came here just to drop off my package and was told there’s no room. Your better off going direct to Fedex to drop off packages. I would have fought for them to accept but don’t want my package to get lost some how

They lost my package and backdated the delivered status. Customer service didn’t anything to solve the problem. This is FedEx. I wish dealers wouldn’t use FedEx.
