Had to call several times to check about the status of my delivery. Ever time I call they tell me that the manager will call me back in 10-15 minutes .. which they never did. I waited hours with no one called me back! That same response repeated again that the manager will call me back, which he did not. They have sent many lumber with so many cracks and mildew… and the delivery was incomplete. Will be returning the merchandise and getting my refund. And never shopping in any Lowe’s. I though they were little better than Home Depot. But there is no difference. If you still want to shop there. Make sure you go and select the lumber carefully and pick it the same day. Having them deliver it you, will get you the lowest quality and the oldest inventory they have.

This one has a mouse problem. All the seeds for planting have been eaten. The garden section is frustrating. They beat up the plants. Good ones taking on damage by poor care and rough handlings.

A home improvement store where people want to help! I was in disbelief when the first person was extremely helpful (explained clearly where to find something and an alternate location if what I needed wasn't there), then the second person was not only helpful to us but also paused to quickly help a passerby who looked like they needed help. We found what we needed, the store is relatively organized, and checkout was fast!

Nice place to pick up essential products for your homes, apartments, and things for almost everything. It's another Home Depot. There's parking, and great staff. A young worker named Isiah helped me throughout my visit. Nice place

The gardening section needs a complete re-haul. Who is hired to maintain it? All the plants are near death from dehydration. Plants are living things too, this place is a plant morgue.

Lowes called yesterday to confirm 11 to 3 pm today. Was called again yesterday that they could not assemble and if I would still like the delivery said ok. Guess who showed up at 8am .

I need new exterior doors. I set up an appointment with Lowe's for door purchase and installation. The person they sent was very nice and took all the measurements, explained different options, etc. That was over a month ago. I tried contacting the store, the person who came out to measure to no avail. I was ghosted by Lowe's. I never got a quote for the new doors, never even spoke to someone. Oh well. I guess it's better to know now before there was any money involved. Customer service is a joke, a bad one at that. Save your time and avoid this place at all costs!

Stopped in to purchase 50-bags of mulch ......paid for 50-bags of mulch.....helped the nice guy load 50-bags of mulch into my van.....got home and there were only 47-bags. I asked him to double-check the count and he said it was good.....

I visited this Lowe's in search of some kitchen cabinets. I remember when the store first opened you had no trouble getting help from a store associate. All you had to do was look puzzled or confused. This was not the case during my visit to the store. The countertops were not properly signed with pricing or size information. It was all but a wasted trip.
