Went to receive COVID boosters that we had confirmed appointments for. We were told that they didn’t have vaccines when arrived. A courtesy call telling us they didn’t receive their vaccines would have been nice before we traveled 30 minutes.

I went to get my prescription when I got my medicine, I get a refil every month, so 30 pills. When I open the bottle it looks short and I counted and I only had 15 when I went back to tell they they shorted me..I never left the store. I hey said there was nothing they could do bc I could have took the pills and could be trying to get more. I told them to check the camera from where I counted and they still didn’t give me the rest of my medication so they basically stole my money and medication. Never again.

Very standard, though this spot has a drive-thru, which is very convenient. Alternatively, it hosts a large parking, so there's always plenty of spots available, right next to the entrance. Since the place is located on the corner, it also offers a dual set of entrances and exits, making it very easy to access.

I love this Walgreens compared to the one on fayetville street, this Walgreens is the only and best pharmacy I have ever had. All the staff store and pharmacy are so polite and nice sometimes every store and pharmacy gets backed up and you have to wait a little longer but I Just thank God while I'm waiting that I'm alive and breathing still. I love the pharmacy staff and the store staff and I hope and pray this store is here forever. I never have any problems and if a small problem I fix it or they fix it or we figure it out and they help me do so. Thank you Walgreens on east Dixie

From my wife: “Had a terrible experience with this Walgreens today. Went to pick up my prescription and the line was backed up for 10 minutes. When I finally got to the window I waited another 15 minutes until I was told to come in. There I waited 10 more minutes. They claim they was just waiting for my insurance which I believe was just an excuse. The people working here have no idea what they are doing. Will not be going back to any Walgreens. This is not the first time I had trouble with this pharmacy company. Also had trouble in the one located in Carthage and Sanford multiple times in the past year.”

When I got done with my dr. Apt got in line at the drive thru to ask if they even had my meds she said yes it will be an hour waited an hour went back to the drive thru and was told it will be another 45 min so I waited and went back through for a 3rd time just to be told they are out if my meds. I waited 2 hours to be told they didn't have my meds after asking 2 hours earlier, she told me that she thought they would be on the truck. So changed Pharmacys, this is not the first time this has happened, they need to fire everyone and start over also the pharmacist is the rudest, condescending, and has no respect for anyone, she is a Indian Woman not very nice.

The store itself is fine, it’s the pharmacy I have a problem with. I had a question about my daughters prescription while calling in a refill but no one answered the phone. No one came on to say they’d be with me shortly or anything. I was continuously put on hold until the phone call ended and I had to call back again. I tried to call again and the same thing happened. I even tried to request to speak to the pharmacy manager and nothing... I’ve dealt with a lot of pharmacies all over the country and I have to say this is probably the worst one.

The store with the exception of the pharmacy is fine, always clean and in order. The pharmacy....... that is another story. Been on the same meds for some time. They are on auto-refill but are never ready, sometimes takes 2 or 3 trips to have them ready. Also, I've been trying to get them to sync meds for months and months so I can get them all in one trip. Are they synced nope...... A few months ago they changed my gender to female which caused all kinds of issues with my insurance(hmmm). Today, called to make sure my meds that were not synced were ready, nope. Be ready in an hour they say. 2 hours later I go to get the script, not ready. They want to know how many milligrams I am supposed to get???? I think enough is enough with this pharmacy. Not happy at all with them.
