The employee with short brown hair was extremely rude throughout both my experiences this week. She was constantly rushing us out of the store and replied with snarky comments whenever I asked a question. I really loved this store but SHE made me NOT want to return ever again. Worst customer service I’ve ever seen. As a tourist I would not recommend. Continuously made me uncomfortable while I was shopping and was giving me dirty looks.

My favorite store on the outer banks. I love shopping here. Staff was not friendly this time but usually is very friendly. Bought some wonderful gifts that aren't "junk" like the other bigger stores sell. And I love my new sand piper!

My mom and I love this store. We had not visited the Outerbanks for years, but during our visit this year we sought out this specific store because my mom remembered what great things they have. Beautiful jewelry, artwork, and decorations. Perfect place to find a unique gift from the beach.
