The line (1) was so very long. The cashier was very nice. But as we leave the store there are 3 other employees to you store sitting outside asking if the line was long, smiling saying that if they payed us the right way it wouldn't be like that....it's a shame!!

Got here at 9am when they opened. It’s 9:13 and nobody is here. There is a sign on the front door that reads “bank”, no indication on when they would be back....

Wheelchair accessible. David was my cashier. Nice guy. The staff were efficient and helpful. This shop is next to a Publix and located in a very beaufiful plaza. This particular Dollar Tree is farily big. Has groceries and supplies. If there is anything you need, this store may just as well have it.

I asked a lady for help and she gave me half of a garbled answer. I then got to the register and she interfered in me getting being taken care of. I tried to give change so that I could get a 5.00 bill back. The gentlemen didnt know how to do it so I asked him to key in the amount and the register will tell him what to do. The"lady" said he doesn't have to do it that way and told him to take the 10.00 and give me change. Very poor customer service and on top of that, I believe it was a racial issue. This woman obviously did not like me from the moment I asked her for help. I was shopping for a friend or I would not have continued the purchase.

During these unprecedented times of COVID-19, social distancing and uncertainty, this store has remained opened. Food is cheap and plentiful and the employees remain helpful and pleasant. They are exposed and vulnerable and yet they show up everyday and I am grateful. Thank you for all that you do.

This saturday was my moms surprise 50th party with over 100+ guests coming from all over the country. There was a helium shortage and we couldn't find anywhere that would fill balloons. When we found this store the Friday before, you had 2 associated who told us we could place the balloon order and pick up the next day. I was worried about this and asked "Are you sure when we pick this up tomorrow that you will have them filled and not tell us you ran out of helium?" Associate said "As long as you pay NOW we can guarantee it" So I pre-paid. I asked over and over "ARE YOU SURE THEY WILL BE DONE TOMORROW?" Associate continued to guarantee and asked me to write my name number and time for pick up on Saturday. --------------------- I left and came back the following day.... I did not see my balloons blown up and waiting for pick up and then I found them still in a plastic bag and wait.... THE HELIUM TANK HAD A SIGN THAT SAID "OUT OF HELIUM!" I cant begin to say how upset i was. 2 different associates were trying to help and then a manager came out to speak with me..... I understand that it was only $6 worth of balloons but these were needed for a backdrop! The manager told me she couldn't control that the helium would run out.... I 100% understood and told her that I agreed BUT when their employee continuously tells me he guarantees it'll be ready... THEY CAN CONTROL CUSTOMER SERVICE. They said they would either refund the $6 and I would end up wit no balloons...OR... I can keep the balloon because I paid for them and the helium was "free".... In order to fill up the helium the Publix next door said they would do it for $2 PER BALLOON!!! The manager didn't even offer to cough up the $12 for inconvenience..... said she was unable to do that because it would come out of her pocket! I ended up paying $18 for 6 balloons because of this...... This comment may be read and go unnoticed .... but I had to share because this was beyond DISAPPOINTING!!!!!! TERRIBLE SERVICE. TERRIBLE WAY TO HANDLE IT. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

This store is always very neat, orderly, well stocked. And this is a $1 store. Great place when you need just some, and you get quite a bit for $1. Need to wrap a gift quick and have it look special? Need a seasonal fun item? Need a small amount of something rather than a whole lot? And the bonus of pleasant people at the checkout! And next to Publix and other restaurants and stores.
