I like this store but they need to learn to open on time.. open at 8am and it's after 8 and they aren't open.. UPS, if you're going to open at a certain time then you should.. there's people waiting and getting frustrated.

Always fast. Always accommodating. I only wish it was closer to where I live. Otherwise great for Amazon returns. I stop in with mine about once every month or two.

I buy from Amazon alot so sometimes I have to return purchases & all I have to do is hand the staff my item, they scan the barcode from my email & that's it. They package it up & send it back with no questions..the guy that's usually there is so courteous & polite.., very knowledgeable about Amazon returns..I really appreciate that. You can purchase any supplies there if you need them & they offer other services too.

Ok so I just left the store and didn't think to get the girls name but she was amazing! I had to ship my ex his stuff and I was so anxious to get it done. She was making jokes to lighten the air and had us cracking up! She deserves a raise and a nice lunch or something! Lol!

Never, ever, ever use this store. I can't explain how disappointed I am with them. I ordered a print job and it shows plainly on the website and looks great. But they messed it up and charged me a whole lot $$$ for this and didn't give me a refund or discount. Horrible business practices. I do not recommend at all!

I had a wonderful experience at the Clemmons UPS store yesterday. The young man who waited on me was very efficient, pleasant and courteous. I will plan to return to this store even though it is a few miles off my beaten path!

I needed to make sure something went out next day air. I had tried calling the store all morning and only got their answering machine. When I finally went to the store and they found out the next day air had already come. I asked the young man why he didn’t answer his phone and he said because he was busy. This store never has their phone I don’t even know why they have one. I was able to go to the Knollwood store and even the next day had Already run, they call them and arranged another pickup. How nice the were. If I had been the owner of the store and Clemmons I would’ve fired the young man on Spotify he said he was busy and that’s why I didn’t answer the phone. Matter fact if I was UPS I would take their franchise from them. I have never seen the store run as sorry as this one

I had an excellent experience. I watched Brandon package and label a product with great care and display top shelf customer service. The man really did a great job being efficient as well as personable. I am going to assume that his performance is indicative of the remainder of the staff. I know where I will be taking my packages in the future for shipment. The location is also extremely convenient.
