RUDE staff! Bad Drive-thru location. Transferred my Walmart RX to this location since it was closer to my house. Put in the order yesterday and got the confirmation e-mail then. Came today to pick it up and they had no records of the transfer. The lady at the window was so rude! She was very belittling to me, acting like I was a kid. I showed her the e-mail, and she said... well you can't pick up nothing huh? Got a hold of my "normal" location and they confirmed it was sent yesterday. Called Clemmons back and it was there the whole time, she just didn't look. PS. Their drive-thru is in a horrible location.

The staff is phenomenal. The prices are not good I’ve had to switch to Harris Teeter unfortunately for a lot of my prescription meds. I would have preferred to stay at Walmart but when some of these prescriptions have doubled I had to make some tough decisions. Sorry Walmart. Not sorry

Usually this pharmacy is fine but this is the second time they have let me run out of my meds, this particular medication I have gotten withdrawal symptoms: headaches, nausea, shakes, blood pressure spike ect when I run out. The first time they contacted my previous provider instead of my family doctor who called it in so I ran out. I was down to 2 pills so I went online to refill it. I usually refill when I have at least 5 left so of there's a delay I won't have an issue but with the holidays I just didn't think about it. I went online to refill and it said no refills. I have it set up for reminders so usually sent one but I called and was told they needed to contact my doctor for a refill, but they could give me some emergency meds. This was the 22nd or 23rd I believe. I came in a day or two later because I was just so busy and had 2 pills left. Still didn't contact my doctor. They gave me only 3 pills, I called again today. It's now the 29th. I was told "they still haven't gotten in touch with my doctor." I understand with the holidays their are limited hours but you haven't gotten my doctor 7 days after I called you about my medication? The pharmacy tech then blamed my doctor for the delay and said it wasn't their fault. I am supposed to take it every evening and have none left. I am about to switch pharmacies at this point because this is ridiculous. This is not medicine you are supposed to stop suddenly or run out of. This is twice they've taken their time about a refill, or contacted the wrong person. Please get some techs that can do their job. I'm done at this point and I'm transferring my prescription to another pharmacy in the area.

John and all the pharmacy staff are great. I'm not a frequent flyer, but they know me and greet me by name whether in the store or drive-thru.

I Don’t live in Clemmons anymore but I still go out of my way to pick up my medicine here (and I live much closer to other pharmacies). The staff is prompt and very friendly (Josh usually helps me and he is absolutely awesome). Thanks y’all :)

Called in a prescription refill at 9:00 am and was told that it would be ready To go by 1:15 pm got there at 2:15 and it had not been filled yet So I sat there and watched as they filled 7 more prescriptions, finally the cashier went and got the meds and took them to the pharmacist to fill my prescription

Love this pharmacy, they work hard to make sure my prescriptions are filled when I need them and they go the extra mile if there are any problems!

Spanada is the pharmacy tech at this Walmart and I honestly don’t how she has a job because she’s the most disrespectful person I’ve met in my life. I was there yesterday to pick up my prescription and right when I pulled up she rolled her eyes at me and shook her head and told me it would be 25 min until my prescription was ready. Not sure how she knew that cause she didn’t ask for my name or anything. This isn’t the first time this has happened. Anytime I go to get my prescription filled she gives me the WORST attitude! It’s ridiculous. This woman needs to learn some respect for others. Also, each time I’ve gone to get my medicine she gives me an outrageous price! So I ask to speak to the pharmacist and he tells me actual price which is a lot cheaper than what she always tells me. This happens every time. She never has the price right. She’s horrible at her job and definitely shouldn’t be working in a pharmacy.

Rude technician (Span) said that the script I was picking up was filled the same as last time, but it wasn't (completely different manufacturer, and $30 more!). The pharmacist (Joshua) didn't even apologize for the rudeness or inconvenience...just brushed it off, and mumbled something about calling ahead to make sure its right (even though I had them put a note in the system as to the preferred manufacturer). Also, everybody working at the pharmacy looked like they hated being there (by the look of their faces and body language). I know it can be a demanding job, but that is no excuse.
