All of the pharmacy staff is inept and cannot do their jobs. Tasks they say will take them minutes will take hours and they notified me my prescription was finally filled three minutes before they closed. I went to get one prescription filled four times, and each time I left with nothing. Horrible is an understatement.

Called to see how much my prescription was going to cost. I was told by the lady that they didn’t have it on the shelf and that it would be here by Monday. I asked her why they didn’t have it in stock if it’s something I’ve been continuously getting filled. She immediately got an attitude and stated the system stops reordering it if you haven’t gotten it filled in a while. I was annoyed because I literally get this med refilled every two weeks so that’s not a valid excuse because it doesn’t make any sense. Long story short when I called to get it filled a few days ago, the person never actually put the refill in and now I have to be without medication until they get the shipment SMH.

I'm divorcing Walgreens...I am sick of prescriptions not being ready when told that they were; long waits inside and in drive through for the pharmacy ( even when there aren't but 2-3 people in line); staff is unfriendly with no personality (except for a couple). They act like they could care less. It would help if they would sincerely apologize for long wait times and/or not having prescriptions ready ( this happened BEFORE Covid as well) They could work on smiling a little and being friendlier. I'm through with big box pharmacies. I'm giving my business to the small guy, where I feel welcome and they seem to appreciate my business. By the way, the small, stand alone pharmacy is not any more expensive, sometimes less.

Medication was prescribed correctly, however, pharmacist filled with substitute medication w/o apparent prescriber authorization. This substituted medication has been intolerable, documented previously, and shouldn’t be substituted. Management was apologetic…

Horrible, disrespectful and unprofessional pharmacy techs and phlebotomists at this location...they look like they are all eating glass and are miserable. Worst customer service ever...and I believe they are deliberate in their behavior. They don’t address you in any way and have you standing and waiting forever. There is no signage at the pharmacy to know that to get the vaccine you must go to another window in the store and the techs will not tell you this. If you ask where to get your vaccine they seem angry and not want to direct you to where to go in the store. The phlebotomist is worst as she will see you with your paperwork sitting outside the room that you get vaccinated in and will walk right pass you and not ask if you’re there to get your shot. Further the phlebotomist didn’t tell me to wait 15 minutes after the shot to make sure I was ok, when I know she asked others to wait and its standard protocol to do so. I don’t generally go to Walgreens for anything and will never go back to one again to have to deal with miserable, unpleasant and unprofessional people. CVS is and always has been better than this store and is very customer/patient-focused.

I called at 11:50. I asked one question and immediately got an attitude sounding frustrated that I even asked. She said hold on but I could hear her talking to a coworker saying “I mean we have all kinds duh right”. She came back on the phone I asked if she could go to the aisle and tell me the kinds and she said “ugh hold on”. When she came back to the phone she yelled the brands I said okay thank you and she hung up the phone.

This store is one of the cleanest Walgreens I’ve been in in a while. I work part time at one and we don’t have the staff that will keep it as clean as this. Everything was faced, stocked as much as possible and very neat. The staff was also friendly and welcoming. I’m thoroughly impressed.

My doctor called my prescription in at 4:00 and it’s 8:20 and I still waiting I went to the window again and they saying it’s going to take another 20 minutes... they to slow I’m going back to my old Walgreens I just switched to them because this Walgreens was closer to my home

TERRIBLE PHARMACY. If I could give negative stars I would. They are so slow I wait 45 minutes + every time to pick up medication. They are also very rude and unprofessional.

The best Walgreen to go, once in a while I cannot find what I need per Dr request. No matter how busy David is at the pharmacy he is always helpful with such a great attitude. Been to others (as little as possible) around here and the pharmacy people have a attitude like you are always a bother.
