Just took updated Covid booster. Pharmacist gave a painless injection. Marissa was so efficient and nice checking my husband and me in.

Everyone was nice but I but they took an exceptionally long time. Came in to bring someone for a booster shot at a scheduled appt time and didn’t get into the room to get the shot for 45mins. They should do walk-ins if they can’t keep appts better!

Worst place to get anyone to answer a phone! If you have nothing to do call them! The wait time on hold is usually 30 mins to over an hour!!!!!

The pharmacy has the worse service don’t recommend coming here for your prescriptions not the first time I have a problem with them

The drive-thru is consistently long. The pharmacy techs at the window should stop entertaining people with issues filling their prescriptions and instruct them to go inside or come back so that others who have everything in order can get in and out. And either take the sign down or open the lane.

Website says to call the pharmacy to update my insurance info, the kid on the phone said I have to come with photo Id and insurance card and wait while they hopefully fill my prescription in 90 minutes or more. So is the website wrong? Or the kid answering the phone? Is there a better pharmacy that’s in 2022 that you can go to nearby that lets you update your info online?

I was just standing in line waiting to check out and Bryson Thomas happened to be the cashier tonight. There was a very elderly woman in front of me who could hardly hear. He asked her once "Did you find everything that you were looking for"? She didn't hear him.... A few moments later he asked her again... She didn't hear him again... And then a few moments later I heard him ask for a third time..... She finally responded Yes I did. Had a very hard time hearing her balance when she was rung up as well. He told her 3 or 4 times what it was and she still gave him the wrong amount, he ended up giving her back the change that was extra and it was only then that she realized she overpaid, he explained to her again it was only $24 and change, and not the amount that she had given him. As a manager myself he is the modicum of professionalism and a master of customer service. He maintained a professional manner, as well as a smile on his face and did not at any point get frustrated that he had to keep repeating himself because clearly it was very important to him that she heard and understood everything that he was saying to her. But him having to repeat himself so many times showed me that he really cared that she heard everything that he said. If he worked for me he would be an asset to my company. I certainly hope he is recognized for this because he is definitely an asset to your company. Employees like this are definitely hard to find. Please forward this to the corporate office he deserves to be recognized. Thank you Bryson for making a difference.

They have changed staff and the service is getting better. The drive thru is always slow and packed unless you go before 2 or after 8. Sometimes they are out of stock in my medicine. I hate getting sent to the call center because they never know whats going with my medicines. They do have some good sales at times and cute Christmas and Halloween decorations and knick knacks

When I first got prescribed with new medications I had my dr send them to this pharmacy because it’s the closest to my home. I received a text telling me there was a problem with one of my scripts so I called them. They explained the issue, & then she resolved it over the phone with me and told me she would have my scripts ready by 1pm. It was 11. At 2 pm I go to pickup my prescriptions to be told that they are still not ready that I will need to wait 15-20 more minutes. I sat and waited for 45 minutes before they were ready while the staff chit chatted in the back about their vacations. I asked about a cheaper option for one of the prescriptions because it was $100 and my insurance only covered a portion but they told me there was nothing they could do without even stopping the check out process to look into it. This month I try to refill my prescription and am told there is another delay so I call and speak with them and I have to explain to them the prescription dosage and drs instructions?? I shouldn’t need to explain that information multiple times for a diabetic medication that I know Thousands of people use regularly. The staff here is very slow, rude and not very knowledgeable in their field. I moved everything over to trucare who had no issues at all getting my medications ready for me and helped me with a more cost effective option!

Walgreens has a decent selection of stuff. They have a pharmacy and a place to get photos printed. The thing about this store and I guess the whole of walgreens stores is the fact they really rip you off if you don't have thier store card. The prices of the store is like a den of thieves without their card.
