Terrible experience. I made an appointment online for 10:15 am and when my wife dropped it off they said it would only take about an hour to get it done. I knew it was supposed to storm later in the day so I thought if it was done early enough I could get it home and into the garage because it wasn't supposed to rain for a few more days. My wife works just down the road and across the street so after not hearing from them by 2:00, I drove to my wife's shop and waited. When I drove by the detail shop, I noticed it was parked on the exit part of the driveway where cars are parked when they're finished so naturally I called as soon as I got to my wife's shop. But the lady said they were still working on it? She said she would call me as soon as they we're done though. Little did she know I was right across the street watching it. It never moved and no one came out to do anything to it. Now the storm clouds were moving in and I was getting annoyed. By 3:15 I started to call again but the lady called and said it was finished. From 2-3:15 they had done nothing more to it and 5 minutes after I drove off it started pouring down rain. I was furious! I just spent $90 and because of the lady's extreme incompetence, today, the next day, it's got mud and grime all over it. Why she kept me waiting an extra hour or so I have no idea but wow. What a waste of money. Services: Auto interior vacuuming, Full body wash, Auto detailing

A ceramic coating made my brand new truck look even better. It has been 7 weeks and the shine is sill making it seem like it has been just washed. I have yet to was the truck. Scheduled a month in advance, scheduling and appointment reminder was great. Spent $350 on their Major Surgery detail. I was looking forward to using a company to detail my truck instead of doing it myself for once. I soon learned that was a terrible idea. As soon as I got their I noticed water marks on all the exterior windows and the mirrors. I even told everyone who asked it looked good, but wasn’t entirely impressed from the start. I didn’t have time to have it corrected. Looking over everything else briefly the interior was OUTSTANDING they did a great job cleaning it up especially the dog hair. After I left I was inspecting it more. I found out they never touched the roof of my truck. It wasn’t washed, wasn’t waxed, just completely ignored. Hard watermarks we’re found in the corners and around the edges, dirt from the mirrors were never cleaned and the inside of my truck bed wasn’t touched I still had a dirt ring in it. I had the same bug stains on my head lights, and my grill wasn’t touched either. Over spray was allllll over the truck, and to top it off a ring from someone’s drink was right on top of the hood. First impressions are everything. If they did a good job I had two other vehicles I was going to schedule and have done. Needless to say I won’t be back. I posted just few pictures of many I took of what I saw that was neglected. Dr.Jazz did not clean the exterior of my truck like it was theirs. Interior is remarkable though. 🤷🏻♂️
