This is day FOUR of sending a email and have received ZERO response on how you plan to fix this issue of your company changing me something I didn’t authorize nor stated I wanted. I just got off phone with customer care and spoke with IRISH ticket number 613961 I am furious at this point. And the customer care email issued by store manager is not even the correct customer care email!!! First they charge my card UNAUTHORIZED now I’m being put through hoops to get the money back on my account. If this issue is not handled within the next few days I will be reporting to the better business bureau. This is ridiculous. At location on Ramsey in Fayetteville NC spoke to Cory Girard Bought one wash on 10-14-22 was told only good till end of the month that’s all I wanted. Today a charge for 35 dollars shows and I DID NOT approve of this transaction. I DID NOT want a wash just scanned pass while trying to get entrance to speak to manager about issue. DO NOT want any more washed from car wash USA due to this issue.

My favorite car wash near me! I even purchased a monthly subscription, which was discounted, because they applied a Military Discount. The only reason, I didn’t give a 5 Star, is because sometimes the Vacuums are a hit or miss. There’s several to use, though. So, if one isn’t working or not strong enough, you can simply move your vehicle. In my opinion, this is the best car wash on Ramsey St. Services: Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming, Car waxing
