Beware! of buying meats from this location could be a hit or miss even with the expo date still being good produce seems like it goes bad fast and left out past time. Please do better with managing the meats and produce. Westwood Food Lion you get Zero stars, Time to find a better location cause this is not it.

I have been shopping here for a long time and when I need to check out they will be nice Enough to open a lane and get me out as quick as possible and they are very helpful and friendly staff.but sometimes they don't want to check you out and they will have a lot of long lines until someone opens up a check out lane.

Clean store and helpful staff. My kids cake didn’t come out all that great but staff was extremely apologetic and really did try to make it right. I still recommend them because the customer service at the deli is on point !

There was bugs all over the vegetables. They weren't stocked. There was mold. Horrible! Disgusting!

I’m just annoyed with the ignorance of this store. A homeless gentleman came into this store the entire front end just staring at this man who was clearly just trying to buy a soda. I had been standing in front of this cashier who had been to busy worrying about the homeless man at another register to notice i was standing there unloading my groceries. Unfortunately we can’t help everyone in the world but we don’t have to make people feel uncomfortable with being in a situation that we all could be in. Focus on yourself.

I'm glad that I shopped early. They were low on the breakfast items that I like. Most of the other grocery items I needed were plentiful though.

Very rude cashier she put a bag of crackers in the bag with my bread and I asked very nicely could I please have the crackers in a bag by themselves so that they would not squish my bread and she threw the cracker box right on top of my bread in the car anyway because she was mad because I asked for another bag actually she handed me the bag to make me baguette myself and I guess because I didn't take the bag from her she just threw it in my cart

Local, but a chain style service oriented grocery store that is always well stocked and ready to take care of the people in our community! This location is very clean, large and has a really nice fresh veggies section that is conditioned colder than the other areas, with a rainforest type of water dispenser system that keeps the veggies nice and fresh, ready to pick.

I received very bad service, The cashier was very rude and dismissive of me and my brother while she was checking us out and when I requested a manager, The Manager arrived and did not speak to the cashier about her attitude but told me I was wrong on the pricing of the items I was trying to buy. I than walked over with the manager and showed her the display that showed I was right and the Cashier was wrong. But the cashier would not apologize. I will no longer be shopping at the Food Lion in the Westwood Shopping Center in Fayetteville NC

Kayla, the personal shopper at Food Lion, is amazing. I've been doing online ordering for several months now and she always takes the time to text me if they are out of anything on my order. Before automatically refunding me, she will ask if another item may work instead. She is awesome! Keep up the great work, Kayla. Thanks for all that you do and for taking the extra time to make sure my order is always fulfilled!
