No big crowds no wait at check out and friendly staff and the store was clean. Very good experience. I recommend this neighborhood Walmart.

People at self checkout talked to me like I was stupid. One guy stood two feet behind me and watched me checkout. His reason he told me was because he wanted to make sure I wasn’t going to steal anything. Try to talk to a manager but they claimed no manager was available. Will never shop there again!

Friendly service & a good variety of products. Now & then u get a grumpy employee working at the Walmart gas station out front, especially the dark haired girl with the tattoos, I saw her being very disrespectful to an old disabled person & I really didn't like that so I complained, but nothing came of it.

Up until now, I never have a problem at Walmart Neighborhood Market. I don't like the self checkout too much but I have to admit, it's faster. Besides we live in a society that must adjust. I get my meds here so I'm not moving unless I'm closer to Hope Mills. But they're too big; to many distractions and I end up spending more! 😆

Customer Service are friendly, but prices don’t match the Walmart app even at the same location. In order to get the price on the app, the clerk told me I had to order it to pick up, which is total inconvenience, since I was there already!

Great store friendly employees and a good selection of products....but them fully switching to self checkout is a bit much. I love using SC when i dont have a whole lot but if im going shopping shopping...no thank you

Wal-Mart workers and cashiers are very friendly and helpful. I love the response that I get from my family when any of us go there. The company would certainly get 5 stars from me for being one of the best.

Literally robbed here! Although I didn't expect someone to bumbrush the robber for me, I did expect an "Are you okay ma'am?" "Is there any thing we can do?" "We will stay with you until the police arrive!" Not one manager, clerk, cashier or greeter asked a question, assisted, or cared. I understand not putting yourself in harms way as I yelled, "Stop him, he just stole my purse!" However, where are the humans who care enough to check on customers? Such inhumanity! Absolutely shocking and definitely an eye opener!

Do not order pick up from this location! First issue was that my milk was busted and leaked in my trunk. Called the store and was able to exchange it. Second issue is that I ordered seedless grapes and was given grapes with seeds which I didn't realize right away because I was dealing with the milk. Picking up the order was a weird experience that had me call the store a couple of times. Just shop in store at this location and order pick-up elsewhere. In store shopping is generally a good experience, which is why I gave 3 stars.

They have a ridiculously friendly staff that always greet you no matter what part of the store you are in. Their customer service is second to none their departments are very knowledgeable about what is in their departments the food during lunch time is fresh and well prepared.as always I highly recommend coming to this Walmart because it has short lines and a lot of self checkout for those quick in-and-out trips for q-tips etc.
