Not sure why this is the only starbucks with staffing issues, but they are either totally shut down on various days, or they only have two trainees working. Stood in line for 8 minutes because it took that long for them to TAKE the order of one individual. Nine people were in line ahead of me. Each time I go back I think it will be better....it's not! Never again.

This is a Starbucks inside a Harris Teeter and most of the ones I have been to similar (not a stand alone) aren't as good. I'm not sure if it's because the coffee isn't made as often or what it is exactly but if you're willing to pay the $7 for a cup then I'd suggest also be willing to find a Starbucks not in a grocery store. Considering there's like 4 within 10min distance of this exact one you surely can Features: No restrictions that I noticed

I went in to purchase a latte. This one make employee 3pm Saturday . Very crude individual. Yelling because a question was ask. The man should not be there if he hates people. I simply ask for my money back.

Normally I like leaving great reviews, but this is probably the 4th or 5th time I’ve been to this Harris teeters Starbucks and had the WORST experience. Not just once but every single time. Kenda is probably one of the rudest people I have met in my life, instead of being apologetic for the things they are ALWAYS out of she like to get an attitude with the customer in return. Today they didn’t have straws. Did they tell anyone they didn’t have straws? Nope.. at least mark out some from the grocery store you are in until your “distributors” can get that covered for you

Just had the most embarrassing experience. I had 7 dollars on my card and just added 10 dollars in the lot before going in. I’m a regular at this Starbucks and genuinely enjoyed the staff. Today it didn’t not appear like they wanted to help. They said they only got 6 dollars from account and I’d need to take care of the remaining 3. I attempted showing them where I just added funds to the account and the only thing they could say was maybe the app updated. Kenda pretty much shrugged me off and didn’t attempt to help figure out where the 10 could have went even after seeing I would have had enough funds on my bank statement. I won’t be going back to this location, customer service is poor.

I have been to this Starbucks a few times now. The staff is friendly. I ordered a strawberry acia refresher. They made it a lemonade the first time I got it. My second visit they made it correctly. My third visit they told me after I already paid that they were out of strawberries. Overall they make the orders quickly and they are friendly. It's convenient that they are in Harris Teeter.

Me an my friend had been wanting starbucks all day ! So after work we came to this location i was not impressed , Needless to say we waited approx. 30 minutes to get 2 refreshers 1 strawberry lemonade & the dragon fruit. Well they didn't have the strawberry slices which i was really devastated. No worries though i still wanted the drink !! Well after we waited 15 more minutes for our order to be up she told us last minute she didn't have the fruit for the mango dragon fruit either . At this point i just wanted a refund or at least a discount of some sort ! But wasn't offered i didn't want to ask though but buying 2 large drinks and not getting it the correct way & on top of that waiting 45 minutes total i feel like we could have at least been asked !! The girl was working by herself today an she was doing everything she could to manage , She was so sweet just overwhelmed ...
