So happy with my new phone. I came into Verizon to fix my tablet and Megan helped me she was so quick and when she noticed I was in need of an upgrade she offered to help me trade my phone in. I came back and she was so helpful and quick with the process. There was no hassle and I was in an out within 20 mins even put my screen protector on for me. Definitely calling her for any future needs!! Thank you Megan Smith ☺️

Aaron was great. He helped me get transfered over from Boost. Got me set up with 2 phones and the amazing home internet system. The Sunday team that was there were all extremely friendly. Compared to my experiences with the corporate store in Goldsboro, this was by far the best experience I've had. Could NOT have asked for better.

The store was nice and clean. Even had a spacious, well designed lounging area. Then you get to the employees and it’s amazing, professional yet personable. I was comfortable and very trusting that I was getting the best help and info I could get. I’d have to personally say, store associate Alyssa was a big factor in all this. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. 10/10 would recommend.
