I've been coming here for 20 years and Frank and his son are to best! They give you great deals and service. I buy nice watches and earings from them. They also repair my jewelry when I need them to. It's really a great establishment.

Over 2 months on a wedding band up size & diamond reset. After 4 phone calls on our part, they were finally in & ready. Excited & a bit ticked that we weren't notified, I go to pick up. Well the older gentleman corrected me on when I dropped off, because over 2 months is different from 3 months. Then the middle-aged guy rightfully declared "Where was my claim ticket?" Well with my wallet in hand, I went back to tare thru my van unsuccessfully. I went back in to offer all kinds of ids & our rings were already nicely sprawled out ready for me to look at. Id confirmed. Since the time issue on rings, I asked if they minded cleaning my wedding band? The older gentleman obliged. But here is where things went south. The middle aged guy decided that the conversation he was having with the older gentleman in the back didn't really need to stay private. The $333. dollar customer that I was, needed to know I had nerve after all this to come in with out a claim ticket. Vent all you want about customers AFTER they have left the store but hold your tongue till gone, if you want them to be a repeat customer, claim ticket or no claim ticket. But on the bright side, the older gentleman cleaned my ring BEAUTIFULLY.

I will start with this - I was referred by a friend to Frank's with high expectations and it takes a lot for me to leave a negative review. I believe the gentlemen working there are friendly & do great work. I also believe that because my project wasn't very big that I have been put on the back burner. I have called twice and stopped in once and have gotten a different story each time. I left my item with them over one month ago. Don't recommend.

Do not USE THESE CROOKS. Had 2 diamonds missing, on my wife’s wedding ring, told them the size of the diamonds and over the phone, the guy said it would cost around 50 dollars ( I said, if I figure 100 to make sure, I’m covered correct) he said certainly.... I DRIVE ATW THERE, SUDDENLY IT IS GOING TO BE 125 or so. Then, after the work was done, the OLDER MAN said, had to have some prongs, on the other diamonds, to keep it from getting lost. NOW IT WILL BE 200... A MONTH AFTER I GOT THE RING BACK, ONE OF THE DIAMONDS FELL OUT AND THEY ARE TRYING TO SAY, WASN’T ONE THEY WORKED ON ( this is a ring my wife had FOR TWENTY FIVE YEARS) SUDDENLY, RIGHT AFTER THEY DID THEIR WORK, SHE SUPPOSEDLY LOST A DIAMOND, SHE HAD NOT LOST IN TWENTY FIVE YEARS) BESIDES, I A’M NEARLY CERTAIN, IT IS ONE OF THE ONES THEY REPLACED. BUT IF IT WAS NOT, THEY SUDDENLY FIXED THE PRONGS THAT NEEDED TO BE FIXED. Like taking your car to a mechanic, they say “you need brakes”. Pay them and your brakes fail, THEN THEY SAY, “WE DIDN’T REPLACE THE ROTORS, OR MASTER CYLINDER OR WHATEVER... YOU ARE DEPENDING ON THEIR EXPERTISE, OR LACK THER OF. But if you take ANYTHING TO FRANK’s JEWELRY after reading this post, you deserve what you get.

I recently had four repairs completed by Franks and I am more than pleased with the quality of work and the price. I took those pieces to Frank’s after receiving a pendant my husband bought there. Great selection. Great customer service.
