We love Salsow’s! They make you feel so special upon entering! I am extremely satisfied with the jeweler. He is top notch and always listens to what I want. (I can be a little picky) He even met with me in the store twice to verify what I wanted and when my ring was done! I loved it. I would highly recommend them, and would never use another jeweler!

Absolutely love this place and my amazing bridal set !!! I go get my nails done every two weeks and I leave my ring with them to be cleaned. I love Cheryl!!! The staff are always so friendly and nice!!

Great customer service. Love the girls there. They go over and beyond for their customers. But I hate the jeweler they are in contract with. This review is a rating of them as a whole. When I get a ring resized, I always, ALWAYS have to send my rings back AGAIN to get them fixed. My rings comes back with very noticeable ridges, extremely uneven bands, mushed edges and dents. It usually looks better the second time is comes back. I do not understand why this couldn't be done the first time around. Everyone knows it weakens your rings to have to get it fixed and resized multiple times. Its very disheartening to have to send your valued jewlery back to the same person who messed it up in the first place. It's also very inconvenient to have to continuously send my rings back for repairs. I hate using their jeweler but if I don't, it voids my warranties. They need to do quality check before calling their customers for pick up, however they just need a new jeweler. He's careless and does horrible work. My husband is one of their most loyal customers. I get jewlery for Christmas, birthdays, and mother's day. He spent a tremendous amount of money with them. I urge him not to go there anymore just because of their jeweler. But he still continues to go to them. This is an issue they need to fix.

They went wayyyyyyy above & beyond to get us what we wanted & we are very, very appreciative!!! I absolutely LOVE my finished engagement ring/wedding wrap!!! Pictures just do not do it justice!💍 If you need anything, go see them in the Valley Hills Mall!!
