I only came here to pickup some headache meds so I didn't stay long. I was impressed with the cleanliness. Especially of the restrooms! The customer service was pretty good.

I had got vaccinated here on the 3rd, no one had notified me to wait 15 minutes post vaccination, I was thinking nothing of it because this is my first dose and I didn't know I was supposed to wait. I got 3 minutes away from my house and fainted/blacked out. Ran off the road then I woke up at home sweating/crying. I later called Walgreens and notified them, they seemed careless and apologized. Walgreens please be sure to notify your patients to wait post vaccination. Thank you Pfizer for the heart complications I've been having the past couple days, and yes I will be seeking medical attention soon.

Walgreens is my favorite store regardless but today top the tops! Had an issue today that I could not figure it out. After about 6 hours of pulling my hair out this 60 yr old disabled lady went to Walgreens to try print of a document. I was so upset because I could not figure it out. Then came mgr Charlton to the rescue. He did not stop until we figured this problem out. Staff at Walgreens are always so polite but would he did was beyond customer service.

Went in yesterday, had a prescription for accutane to be refilled. In order to obtain my prescriptions every month, I have to visit my dermatologist to have it re-prescribed, then I have to log on to a website to answer questions, and then my pharmacy has to also log on to the same site and do their part. I did my part DAYS in advance, but when I first arrived, they seemed to have no idea who I was or what I was talking about/ they couldn’t find my prescription. I went through the drive thru, and waited nearly 20 minutes (this isn't an exaggeration and I was patient because they were super busy and I know medicine is a delicate matter). I was willing to take at least partial blame for this placement/mishap, since getting this prescription is such a complicated process to begin with. With this in mind, the staff and I spoke very kindly to each other, but they ended up only having half of my accutane prescription ready and then still charged me the full $60 for it. They essentially told me: "You can either take the 1/2 or none at all." I needed a full prescription, and since this medicine that I'm on is so time sensitive, they told me I would need it re-prescribed in order to receive the other half. Again, I was still very kind to them, as they were being incredibly patient and kind with me, genuinely trying to sort things out for me. When I called to confirm the issue with my dermatologist, she decided to reach out to the pharmacy herself. My dermatologist informed me that they did their portion of the re-prescription correctly, and they could also see that I had done my portion correctly, and therefore she had no idea what went wrong. When she called Walgreens, the pharmacy staff there supposedly spoke very aggressive and rudely towards her--even though it was at least partially THEIR fault. Blamed me entirely and said I came in too late when I arrived ON THE DAY IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE FILLED! To be clear, there is a 7 day window to have it filled, and I came on the 7th day (and not at the end of the day either). It's not like I went over the deadline. If I have 7 days to get a prescription, then I have 7 days-- I shouldn't have to come any earlier or any later to get it. I try to be patient during this crazy time, but I can't make excuses for their ignorance. Overall, I want to state that I am not angry with the staff I spoke to when I went to get my prescription, but the way the pharmacist spoke to my dermatologist (who, again, is very kind and was only trying to sort things out for me) is totally unacceptable and unprofessional. It seems that while I’m able to take partial blame for this situation, again because this medicine is so complicated to get, the staff at Walgreens can’t seem to take any blame--it’s all somehow my fault entirely, and I’m out $60 with only half a prescription, and it seems I will not only NOT be receiving the other half of the prescription, but I will also not be refunded half of the $60.

Do not go here. The pharmacy staff are degrading and judge mental to all of the customers. Many of my family members have said the same thing. They treat people like dirt and don’t care about you or your medicine they are just there for a paycheck . Go to CVS or publix right down the street . The Walmart grocery pharmacy is way better than this place. It is a joke

WORST PHARMACY IN MY LIFE. they are extremely rude and look and treat you like dirt. They never have your prescription ready when they say , their is always a problem with insurance in their system, they make you wait forever over minor pickups that were supposed to breast an hour ago. This primacy needs to be investigated and shut down RUN DON'T WALK!!!!!

Slowest store i have ever known for filling prescriptions. After being alerted my medication was ready, we went up there and had to wait over an hour for them to fill it. We waited for 30 minutes in line in our truck and 20 in store before finding out my medicine HADNT been filled and it would need to be refilled would be 15-20 more minutes.
