Don’t recommend buying a large appliance from here. The store had our item in stock and a third party company handles its delivery and installation. It took four days just for the company to call me to schedule the install and the soonest available date was two weeks away. So, unless you want to wait 3 weeks, go somewhere else. Also during a previous purchase install for an oven, one of the workers scratched my floor beyond repair. Overall, not the place to go.

Worst manager on duty on evening, unwilling to help customer. They don't honor Lowe's own credit card discount after using it for a water purchase and installation performed by Lowe's certified installer. He suggested me to ask that from the installer ? Which of cause the installer had asked me to get the Lowe's discount directly from Lowe's. Being ask to run around and this is the second time. To fend me off, he said he will escalate to regional office but declined to take my information for follow up. I am done with Lowe's and is tearing their card in half after 15 years being a loyal customer.

I picked up my online order at this location for the first time as another big box store did not stock up the same product anymore after I waited for months. The store looks quite organized and individual checkout counter has illuminated sign too. A few people who worked there were friendly and helpful to take care of my order, and a young worker also helped loaded the bulky packages into the back of my friend's truck. Too bad this store is not closer to me than its competitor. If their delivery charges were much lower instead of $79, I would definitely shop there online often and have my order delivered. Shouldn't Lowe's consider charging customers delivery charges based on the amount of orders, or give some sort of discounts over different order amount? Last but not least, their payment machine at the checkout does not have NFC technology and I could not use my digital wallet. Maybe it's time for the company to consider an update on the technology!

It took this store over 6 months to get my cabinets to me. Everyone that helped me with my kitchen no longer works there and I had to file a fraud claim on my credit card to get the labor back on the installation since they couldn't do that either. I highly recommend paying the extra couple grand to have a kitchen remodeling company do your renovations...wish i would've. Now Hallmark Stone is dragging their feet on installing my countertops!! Seriously one of the most frustrating situations me and mine have ever had to deal with.

I enjoy the freebies you give out every second Saturday of the month. I enjoyed the Marigold for Mother's Day and head lamp for October. Thanks for selling bug killer year round. Walmart quits selling it when Summer ends.

husband and I bought a new washer and dryer. We already new which ones we wanted because we gad been looking for awhile but the employee working in the department was able to look it up quickly and get out delivery scheduled quick. Was a really great experience today, highly recommended this location. 🙂👍

Worst experience with delivery of a Kenmore refrigerator. The fridge broke after 2 months. It took 8 months of back and forth with Lowe's and Kenmore to get a refund authorization. Had to take it back to the store and get back a store credit since they won't give you cash back. I will go back but avoid their delivery service or major appliances. Angie P and Jerry thank you very much for being some of the best customer service people!

Lowes always have what I need. Convenient location and knowledgeable staff! With all the flooded basements, I was on the lookout for Damp Rid. They had plenty in stock!

Employees were easy to locate, happy to help and fairly knowledgeable. The guy over by wallpaper was so helpful, he actually took the time to look up the product I was looking for on his computer. He showed me what Lowe's offered online as well as another website that sold exactly what I needed. The lines moved fairly quickly, too.
