Even through I was in a different state and hundreds a miles away I was able to secure and purchase my vehicle with no issues. The staff and sales team were all extremely professional and helpful start to finish, very accommodating over the phone. The staff at Crown Volvo are exceptional. I was unable to make the trip from Danville, Virginia to Greensboro, North Carolina. My car needed some serious service and I really didn’t know what I was going to do. I reached out to Chrissy and to my great relief she told me not to worry, she would arrange for a driver to pick up my car and leave me a loner. I can’t put into words how much that meant to me. I will forever be grateful to her for coming to my rescue. The repairs were done quickly, the entire staff treated me like family. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. They certainly deserve it.

The saleswoman, Kristin, was responsive and fast. She allowed me to put down a deposit to save a used car that had been getting a lot of attention (dealerships normally don’t allow you to do this on used vehicles.) With doing so, I was able to get a car I had been looking for for over a year now. They pull all the CarFax information for customers to view. Changed brake pads, rotors, fresh oil change, and put new tires on before leaving the dealership. Very honest people that are not looking to take advantage of new or experienced car buyers. This was my First time buying a car from a dealership. The general manager, Ronaldo, was fair and professional. Amanda made financing options super easy. From beginning to end, my first dealership car buying experience has been great. I’ve owned the car for a few weeks now and haven’t had any complaints or issues. It’s exactly what I wanted. I will update this review if anything changes. As of now, thank you to the team at Crown Volvo for the happy experience! Highly recommend

Caleb, Kristen, and Rolando were great. My son is very happy with the car. I was very happy with the price. The service department did not do a good job of cleaning the car. I waited over an hour while the car was being cleaned. They did not truly clean it. The area behind the temporary tag was muddy. I would have had a better clean running it through a car wash. When I left the dealership, The interior smelled like cleaner had been applied and the seats were wet looking. When the seats dried, they were just as dirty as before. Dirt that I was able to remove on my own, using carpet cleaner.

Initial sales experience was great; salesperson was very helpful and courteous. Finance manager sold us on Resist All, but we thought we were buying 7 year coverage when she just sold us on 3 year coverage without clearly communicating it. We were both surprised when we found out after the sale that she didn't actually drop the price on the coverage, just dropped the length of term. It was frustrating getting the dealership to honor the We-owe. We had a We-owe for a new windshield that the sales staff told us they would setup within a week and a half. The sales manager did not arrange it when he said he would, and we had to keep calling the dealership and Safe Lite to figure out where it was. The sales manager lied to us saying that he already paid Safe Lite to do the work when Safe Lite had no record of the work order. It wasn't until the first day of the new month (about 3 weeks later) that the sales manager finally called Safe Lite and arranged the repair. Clearly playing end-of-month cash flow accounting games.

My experience with Amanda Straughn was excellent. She did a great job keeping me informed during the process. I was at ease the whole way. It was awesome that the mechanics noticed that the battery and tires on the car I bought were not optimal and replaced them. Service Manager Chrissy was great too. I highly recommend Crown Volvo.

Amanda, Jamie, and Charlie were all super helpful in getting the highest value of my trade in and made it stress-free to get everything squared away. Like all car dealerships, they will kinda lay out options for you to buy add-ons associated with the car but all I had to do was say “No thank you” once or twice and they didn’t say anything more. Will recommend to a friend whenever they need to buy a car that they have in the lot. Overall it was pleasant experience and they were patient with me in making another big financial decision I had planned out and making sure I crunched the numbers. (I checked 3-4 places prior for trade in prices and they were all less in comparison. Not by a lot, but this also depends on your car and market demand.)

I had been looking for a specific vehicle for months. I had my heart broken at other dealerships around the country. I was just about to give up the search when I stumbled upon an online ad for my specific vehicle. I called the dealership for Crown Volvo and spoke to Judy to verify the color and receive a Carfax. She really went above and beyond to make my purchase as seamless and hassle free as possible. In fact, everyone there from the General Manager Rolando to the shuttle driver Eugene couldn't have been more helpful. They even checked in with me to see if I had made it home ok. They probably could have sold the car for more money considering its condition and the demand for it, but they honored my initial offer and for that I am deeply humbled and grateful. I would definitely recommend Crown Volvo of Greensboro to anyone who is thinking of purchasing a new or used vehicle (especially online, such as the case was for me. 5 stars!
