CPU provides all of our IT support and they are wonderful!!! The "CPU Crew", as I call them, are very responsive, conscientious, and accommodating. We can be what I consider a little "high maintenance" and they never miss a beat when solving problems or installing new equipment. The CPU team is proactive when it comes to advising us about recommended upgrades, more efficient technology to meet our needs, or new/alternative technologies coming available that could enhance, for example, our productivity or information security. They will install backup program on your computer that does not work and are not to interested in fixing it. I needed a way of backing up data, but it was a waste of money.
