Great place to put up ur things. Employees are very helpful, there this one employee i see when i go. MIS Inguez. Thank u for being so helpful and for the rules and info. Some of it was need to know thing's. Thank u and all the people from extra space storage. U guys r doung a great job.

Extra Space storage is clean, well managed, and most of all it very secured place. It is close to the gateway. It has been 8 months I am using the storage and I can't find anything to complain about.

Sherry was great! Had great customer service, answered all my questions and was patient with me. Site is clean and have good driving space. Sherry is very respectful and greets me as I come and go from the gate. She has a professional demeanor that is missing from a lot of businesses and their employees.

I went into the office to ask a billing question and was suprised at how friendly and helpful the staff was. I was more suprised when my monthly rent was lowered by $40. without even asking. The location is fantastic, right off the freeway 880 with ramps going North and South within a couple blocks of Extra Space Storage. I think I will stick around a while. Thank You Extra Space Storage.

Sherri was a very helpful and her energy when I walked thru the door was the first thing I noticed. my semester had just recently ended and I needed somewhere to store my items and she helped point me in the right direction. She was very patient with me because i was struggling with choosing a unit she took her time and showed me the units to help me pick what size would be right for me. The property was very clean.

Is a bad place for keeping your values. The units are poorly designed. They sold my next door unit on action end the buyer broke in to my unit and the manager knowing who did it, didn't do nothing about it. And it has happen to others. Really bad place for storage.

Today I dealt with two Outstanding Ladies Reyna And Sherri. They help me by showing the sizes and giving me a complete breakdown of what I would get with all that is required and showing me the side by side comparison of each unit and the full breakdowns too. The best part was they didn't try to fast talk me into something that I wouldn't want and gave me all the information so I could make an informed decision. Loved the super high level of customer service they showed. I will recommend them to friends and family and if I need more units I will be dealing with them for sure. 10/10 if I could give something Higher I would.

Came in the rent out a unit to store some of my business inventory. The facility was very clean considering the location. The office was well kept also. I was greeted by Carlos who was very helpful and explained everything to me regarding the different options and suggested what would well suit my needs. Overall a great place to keep my value items. Great customer service and friendly staff.
