I stored a ubox with them, rented a truck, and picked up my ubox. They are a courteous crew, and when I called to follow up about a receipt they were prompt and followed up with me. I would rent here again.

DO NOT RENT HERE. I am currently here and they increased their rent 2x this year. Not to mention their organization and overall communication is awful. Might as well go to another place closer to home. There was one time I got a call from them asking me if I was still renting a unit that I was never even renting because…there was also a time where they didn’t have my payment information set up correctly and had to make sure on several occasions that my auto pay was going through. I still don’t have any receipts…I get the bills and the rent increases though. Never again.

We needed a trailer at the last minute and got great service. They were friendly and fast. Definitely recommend them!! So happy to get our things moved that day!

It's a so so place. Upon walking in, One of the guys is leaning back in the chair on his phone, I guess he forgot he is at work. It just felt like pure laziness in the atmosphere. When my hubby asked about his card for access to the facility they responded by saying we should be fine. Of course, when we go to gain access it was denied. Upon calling customer service from the call box we were told to come back to the front desk where we were just at.

We returned a truck here after burning man and they surprised us with a $2500 cleaning fee. It's true that we didn't do a perfect job cleaning the truck so were expecting to pay something, but nobody there said anything to indicate a fee of this magnitude. The manager looked at the truck and said something to the employees, who said we were good. In our last phone conversation, Kaireen was hostile to us, accusing us of lying about the length of our rental.

I had a great experience with this location I spoke with Nate over the phone to verify my drop off location & inquire about the truck. He was friendly & very helpful. Definitely goes above and beyond to assist. When I brought the truck back, Laron Webb checked me out and was very patient & helpful. I highly recommend & will use this location again. Friendly & helpful staff. Thank yall.

Excellent customer service at this location. I got there early, shortly after they opened. We moved through the queue in about 20 minutes. They don't take walk-ins so book a truck ahead of time. The lot was spacious so I could get the truck out easy. This was our rental truck to move everything from the old home in Berkeley to our new home in San Diego. Staff was friendly, but this place was a pain. Tons of issues including incorrect office hours, storage units being very far from where the U-Haul truck can park, mechanical issues with the gate, mechanical issues with the truck, reserved equipment not being available, and the staff accidentally putting a lock on our unit. None of these issues (besides the difficult physical distance between the unit and truck parking) would have been that big of deal, except this place is seriously understaffed to the point where every little question meant waiting in line for at least 20 minutes. Nothing against the workers, but this place is horribly managed. Would definitely not use again.

I rent from u-haul on an often basis and I came here to resolve an issue they pulled with an error and they handled the situation accordingly without any issues or problems great customer service will rent from them again
