Excellent customer service at this location. I got there early, shortly after they opened. We moved through the queue in about 20 minutes. They don't take walk-ins so book a truck ahead of time. The lot was spacious so I could get the truck out easy. This was our rental truck to move everything from the old home in Berkeley to our new home in San Diego. Bad Attitudes , when You call to inform them that You are on Your way due to Traffic They tell You First come first Serve ... even though You have a Reservation number. Just Sad . These People costed Me a lot of Money, by the disregard for Reservations . It's not 1st come 1st serve when You have a Reservation, Idiot , it's called when Someone is calling to inform You that They are on Their Way with a RESERVATION YOU HONOR THE RESERVATION ! I Hope this same thing happens to the Idiot that answered the phone with the Dumb talk . ~Tracy
