Sherry was great! Had great customer service, answered all my questions and was patient with me. Site is clean and have good driving space. Sherry is very respectful and greets me as I come and go from the gate. She has a professional demeanor that is missing from a lot of businesses and their employees. ~Jacori

Excellent customer service at this location. I got there early, shortly after they opened. We moved through the queue in about 20 minutes. They don't take walk-ins so book a truck ahead of time. The lot was spacious so I could get the truck out easy. This was our rental truck to move everything from the old home in Berkeley to our new home in San Diego.
