Ive been here twice the first time Jillian said she fixed my iPhone port but it wasn’t fixed. They did give me a warranty so the second time I came in the gentleman actually fixed my phone with no more issues. They have great customer service.

Have had two great experiences with them. First with a spicy iphone battery replacement, and just recently an iphone screen crushed in a recliner mechanism. They were able to fix both immediately upon my visit and done in less than an hour. Best prices too (trust me, I called around while my 15 year old was in panic mode). I was on call for the hospital & dropped my phone. My screen shattered. I called Battery Plus Bulb to see if & how quickly they could fix my phone. They suggested that I make an appointment online to save 10%. I set an appointment for a half hour later. It was very easy. I drove to the store & they were expecting me. We reviewed the problem with the phone, time required to fix it (1 hr) and the cost. I returned 1 hour later & it was ready & worked perfectly!! The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and had exceptional customer service. I was very happy that I went to them

Made appointment during my lunch hour to get a battery replaced in my phone. Was asked to sign several forms, then I was told it would be 45 minutes to hour! I don’t want my phone with personal info on it to be left for that long, complained and got it back in 15 minutes. More forms to sign! Internet says 4 minutes to change my battery next time do it myself and pay a lot less.

I had very bad experience with batteries bulb place , they gave me 2 different quote for battery replacement on Samsung s8 and customer service was not good as well. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go there.

Could not be happier with this repair. Had a smashed screen from my teenagers fall and the guys took great care to fix the phone and screen. Very knowledgeable and detailed. Repaired it on time and as discussed. Was very happy and will be taking all my future repairs here!

I needed my iPhone battery replaced, plus another repair. I made the appointment online in advance and received coupons. When I arrived, the guy that checked me in did not interact much and did not give me a feeling of comfort that they knew what they were doing or were happy to have my business. He suggested that they might not be able to honor one of the coupons. In his pre-inspection of the phone, he perceived prior damage on the phone that I could not see, a bend which a straight edge later proved is NOT there. I was tempted to take my phone and run, but I paced the floor and waited. The woman who did the repair was great. She determined that the 2nd repair was not needed, and she replaced the battery without losing any of my phone settings or data. She checked me out and honored the coupon, and I went away feeling happy with the results.

Great service. Needed new battery for iPhone. Less than 30 minutes from time I walked in until time I left. Staff was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.
