RACIST fully disgusted with my experience here. I was coming here for a year they had a manger or employee change and next time I come in I’m accused me of stealing wine in front of a whole line. I was not even near that section and was actually trying to get chips I asked to see the video they refused and kept accusing me and then laughed? Do not give this place ur business a person of color or otherwise.

actually 24 hours! so many places are not because of covid. I was visiting raleigh with my boyfriend when we got a bit too drunk and he needed a pain killer at 4am. not only were they open and stocked with medicine, but it was very clean and the clerk was super friendly.

I was refused service at this place because I suggested they enforce the Covid-19 safety protocols, which they weren't at the time I was there. People were walking without any mask on or anything, and the two guys working there had their masks below their chins! This company does not take public health and safety seriously, so be careful.

Rude cashier wouldn't sell me Mike's Hard even after I presented my ID citing that my driver's license was expired during an actual pandemic. I informed her of the four month extension on licenses and registrations ordered by the governor and she still refused the sale. She started rolling her eyes at the other cashier working that night. After that she pulled my drinks away from me including the 2 normal energy drinks I had with me and refused to sell to me. I had to inform her of the fact that two of the four drinks I was buying were non-alcoholic and she begrudgingly brought them back to sell to me. Wonderful people you're hiring here who are too ignorant to be bothered to learn how to do their jobs correctly.

Owner expects employees to always greet customers when entering store and ask for plenti when at purchase and neither expectations were meet. Cashier (sunshine) was rude and had an attitude, I told her i wanted to use my plenti and she rolled her eyes, i had several items and wasnt offered a bag nor asked for ID when purchasing a tobacco product. Did not thank her simply because she didnt deserve it. I was called rude from another customer but I worked there a couple years ago and always asked to give great customer service which I did, nothing compared to what i experienced today. Most likely wont go back nor recommend going to that location.

Unfortunately I'll never know because the machine wouldn't take my credit card (which I used immediately afterward at Home Depot) and would only take exact change for cash, and the smallest bill I had was a $10. I had to get the entire line of 6 cars to back up so I could get out. Won't be returning.

My girlfriend and I stopped in here after lunch to get a pack of cigarettes, my girlfriend being 22 years old and has been here for 2 years from Pennsylvania does not have a North Carolina license. The lady at the desk said she couldn't sell cigarettes to her because she had an out of state license and said it was illegal. She said she would lose her job so in that case nobody from out of state with an out of state license can never buy cigarettes at a gas station. Sounds a little stupid to me, so anybody ever passing through the state is not allowed to buy cigarettes from this gas station. By the way the actual law states that the only restriction on it is that it has to have a birthdate on it and a picture. Way too go for not wanting to make money off of people from out of town
