After being put on hold so long that it rang back through, whomever I just spoke to me was extremely extremely rude. I literally just said "what was that" because I couldn't hear what she said and she raised her voice so much she was all but yelling at me and her tone was extremely harsh. She was also being a smart elic to everything I said. I understand they are really understaffed right now, but you DO NOT under any circumstances speak to a customer like that, especially one that very patiently held when you picked up and asked them to hold again, and was only asking legit questions about a new program that YOUR COMPANY ASKED TO PUT THEM ON.

I’ve been going here for a few years now since moving to the area. I’ve never had a great experience here. Majority of the employees seem really unhappy and just going through the motions but I continued to use this location. But today, I’m done. Dropped off a Rx last night to be picked up today. It’s necessary for my scheduled colonoscopy tomorrow. Went to pick it up at 2:30 and was told they don’t have it. They had to order it and would be ready tomorrow. I need to start taking the Rx today at 5pm. No one bothered to call or message and say there was an issue. Now I’ve been driving to other Walgreens looking for one that has the required Rx. Poor customer service; do better!

Had an appointment today at 10:30 am for a Covid-19 Booster vaccination (Moderna). Got there a couple of minutes late. There were a total of 7 of us waiting in front of the pharmacy for vaccinations. After 40 mins of waiting none of us had been called to get our vaccination. I went up to the counter and spoke to the young lady in charge of vaccinating us (AMANI). I asked her what was causing the delay. She said "What delay?"I said the delay in getting our vaccinations. She said there was a lot of paper work to be filled out and if I would have a seat again, she'd be right out. She gave me "ATTITUDE" when she said this. Kinda like... you have the nerve to ask me why it's taking so long. Go sit down and behave like the rest of the cattle! 5 minutes later she came out from behind the pharmacy counter and took the first person to a little room to receive his vaccination. He came out several minutes later and said to me "I'd don't know what is causing the delay". Another 5-7 minutes later AMANI came back for the next person. At that point I had been waiting 50 minutes and decided I was leaving. But Amani had my Covid document and I had to get it from her. After I asked her what her name was, and she answered, she became civil. Last time I will be in this Walgreens.

I decided to pay cash until my insurance was handled. They charged me 164.94. I didn't know what they cost so i paid. The next month came around and my insurance hadn't made a decision. I went to Carolina Apothecary. The same two meds were a whopping 72.19!! Walgreens is a rude, way over priced store and ill never go back

I was treated rudely today - "we cannot look up prescriptions that you have filled here to see what is ready for a refill." This is new today. A customer may not always remember how to log into their account. Other times I have had a prescription filled, someone was able to take time to look up things in their computer systems which they likely still can in order to provide a service. It seems most likely that said associate did not prefer to use their time to help me. Lack of customer service in the pharmacy is leading me to other avenues. I would not do so if I had not been the recipient of rude treatment on numerous occasions. There are other pharmacies in a small town. I would recommend trying another of those.
