Usually the food is really good, but this trip was disappointing. We got the sandwich and tender bucket and everything was dry. The tenders were almost impossible to bite and the sandwiches were not good. We've had the sandwiches before and when they're fresh and juicy they're awesome, this time not so much. We were also missing one of our sides. The big bag of soda that came with it was flat. I think we'll just stick with the regular chicken from now on since that's always good.

The hot wings were HOT and delicious 😋 however all KFC are not the same. Store in Rockingham was a little busy but provided good service and food.

I love the food and the time to wait on your food was not to long handycap parking and handycap restrooms the place was clean me and my wife had a good time there

Wow hate to say but old cold greasy soggy chicken cold fries, hard cold biscuits, nothing was any good. $25. of yucky 🤮 mucky chicken.

Received our food fairly quickly. Restaurant seem clean as well as the bathrooms but in need of a little updating especially the bench seats being reupholstered where they are ripped.

Past two times I've went here in rockingham they have been the slowest ever, messing up multiple orders, won't give you nothing to eat with just plain horrible sorry but you get 2 stars from me ! Can do alot better! Also if they do mess up someone 12 or 24 pc chicken, don't just throw it in the trash atleast give it to someone , just sad to throw away all that chicken just cause the worker got mad cause they messed up the order🤦♂️

Food great, staff very helpful and dinning area cleaned and sanitized. Actually the lady that took my order also, went their were no customers was cleaning her area. As is she was closed to register, if any one came I n. She was also clean and satisfying the dining room. She was doing all this without being directed by surpriser. With a smile of course Always did Take out for the food and the finished you fad the containers, like the bucket and spoonfork. They have a second life...such as at Elmore we feed the chickens using the The Connell famous bucket and collect eggs in them also. NOW THATS HOW MOM RECYCLES. Sorry. That employee represented more than good. 👍.

We like the $5+ deals. Most always good. One bad experience once with cold food. Comfortable inside we appreciate. Other restaurants are usually cold. It makes a difference, the comfort

Rude employees, went in a few minutes before 8:00 pm tried to order supper. The clerk came out of the restroom didn't even wash his hands. Told me and my husband we couldn't eat in the dinning room because it closed at 8:30 pm. We walked out and don't plan on returning. Had to give 1 star to post a review but they don't deserve that for there rudeness and over priced chicken.
