Today was unacceptable and probably the last time I ever go to the Rockingham Store. I spent as much money on gas setting in the line as I did for the food. Fast food my butt. Maybe if you were a sloth or something. They have nothing ready and certainly nothing Hot. False advertising when they say Hot and Ready wrote everywhere in site and you end up waiting almost a hour. No excuses for incompetent leadership. Maybe if they would actually build a new store and in large everything including the parking lot and drive through should be upgraded also.

5$ pizzas are 6.99. Lol but and drive-thru is slow but go inside and you've got service in seconds great staff they have manners their mothers raise them right far from rachet...💜

Drive thu is horrible wait time take almost an hour to get around after u already ordered people standing outside just horrible timing I guess!

Stood at the counter a little to long just to order. Was told 10 to 15 minutes for pizza. 35 minutes later walked out with my pizza.

We bought 2 pizzas. One thin crust pepperoni and an ultimate supreme. The ultimate Supreme was burnt. It was way more crunchy than the thin/crispy pizza. There was only one person really working. The guy in the back. The other 2 were on their phones. I felt sorry for the one guy that was working because they were pretty busy. I probably won't go there again though.

The hot and ready should be taken down. Nothing is ready like it should be. Which is why people go through the window to just pick up a supposed to be hot and ready pizza. Not going back. Wish I could do point something of a star. The whole star feels like it's given more than should be.

Usually the food is really good here, but this time the crust on 2 of my 3 pizzas were soggy and they looked like they were cut with a chainsaw. It wasn't even that busy. I've gotten better food on busier nights. I'll go back, but if it's like this again, there's plenty of other places to eat.

We ordered a 3 meat treat and cheese bread. The cheese bread was the only thing fit to eat. The pizza had a crust 2 inches wide and soggy on the bottom. The guy at the window had a attitude. If you don"t like waiting on people then the food service isn't for you. There is a lot of pizza places that want our money.
