My Refrigerator when out I gave them a call to see when they could bring one out the lady cut me of and said we have no rental for that or no one to deliver very poor customer service in very need of a Refrigerator I'm losing all my food how does a company stay in business that say we have no rental for you just crazy

They are so helpful with my order(s) and reminders of my monthly due date for billing. They give me any help I have asked for so far and are willing to help out if you need it for missing a payment.

Bought couches from them, paid $600 down. When they delivered them they ripped both my couches and will not come fix them or discount them told me that that's just what we get. Tried to talk to a manager they won't get on the phone with me, and no way to find out who the owner is online. Going to have to go to court to settle it and they can come pick up the ashes of the couches if it comes to it. I told them I had the money to pay them off on spot if they would just come fix them and they told me they were not fixing them nor discounting them at all!!!! Very sheisty and unprofessional people all the way around and the delivery guys were definitely on some type of drugs I do not recommend them at all if I were you I would just spend your cash at any other store

So I called today and spoke to Jason in order to pay off my furniture he looked up my account told me it would be 96.44$ to pay off, called backed to pay and spoke to Sam he told me it was 126+ then put me on hold to confer with someone in the ending paid 95$. Not sure why all the confusion 🤔

I have been an Aarons customer for many years and they have a high turnover of employees never talk to the same individuals. The customer service and communication is awful I will never again use the company and recomend you also dont use them in Shallotte , North Carolina or Mrytle Beach, Douth Carolina.

First I want to start off by saying I absolutely love the staff here they are always so nice and friendly. But this is the second time I've had issues with this arrons. First time was with my bed that they didnt put together right and broke then it took me to call 3 times for them to send someone out then when they came they didnt bring the boxspring that was broke due to the bed not being put together correctly. They just brought new rails then it took me to call back 2 more times to find out what was going on with the box spring to find out when I called the driver (same person that put the bed together wrong in the first place) did not tell them about the box spring being broke so this was the first time he was told it needed to be replaced finally they did get my bed fixed and put together correctly. 2 years later we go to get a washer bring it home and guess what it doesnt work. Now my clothes I did try to wash are soaking wet (the spin cycle isnt working) and the best they can do is come tomorrow morning. As grateful as I am for that what I want to know is why did you sell something not working right why was it on your floor to be sold?

If I could give no stars I would. Poor customer service. I've made a complaint to corporate and have been harassed at work from someone who had claimed to be a regional manager at this location and corporate gave me the correct name of the regional manager. Not only have I been harassed at work but lied to as well. I wouldn't recommend this poor service to my worst enemy. Never again will I go to them.

Very unprofessional place. Staff is non considerate. They don’t work with peoples pay schedule and will harass you for being one day late. Relieved to have cut ties with this organization.

Was lied to buy manager about a sale was told sale would be still going because they wasn't open sunday really disappointed if you like being lied to this is the place for you to bad rent a center went under

These guys are amazing, the entire staff is always courteous whether on the phone or in person. The manager Jace always goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy with your experience. I will recommend them to everyone I come in contact with. Amazing job guys!!
