They hold grudges there. I went to Mahoning County and they were so friendly. I didnt want to ever go there again. They scoured over my tax return that was accepted by IRS for an hour like I was a criminal. Tried to call today just to ask some questions and the lady laura said I was raising my voice. I am hard of hearing and sometimes I talk louder but I was trying to be overly kind because they try to make it look like I am a problem. I never call alone or I have a 3 way call so they can hear I was am being nice on the call. They dont like questions either. I AM a crime victim and was carbon monoxide poisoned and when I was being poisoned I would have trouble getting everything together. I Would leave there crying. Always treated me like I was a shady person. No criminal background ever. All exaggerations so they can block me from any help to keep this vendenna

So I took a friend there the other day. NURSE Lizzie must hate her job. RUDE IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT my friend asked if I could go in with him she asks if he has dx, he states she knows my meds and with the head dance and the whatever I stayed in the waiting room to have my friend come out few min later saying I don't need to be treated like this and never seen the np never had a problem till the other day called complain with no return call

This is only for the obgyn service I've been with the same obgyn til recently. There are a few nurses that were so rude and disrespectful to me...don't go to these services if you're trying to have baby especially if they don't check you're ultrasounds correctly

Great staff, doctors, and facilities. The front desk have always been so kind and helpful with anything I have ever needed. I really hate to leave, my experience has never been bad.

They offer wonderful services but the receptionist is incredibly rude and seems to go out of her way to be unhelpful. I don't understand how someone can act thus way when they are in the business of offering help and support to those who need it

Staff is very friendly, very clean BUT the billing staff is the worst I've ever seen. You pay before you see the Dr then they send you a bill saying you owe them more. . This has happened more than once in just a few years. So pay close attention to your bills !!!

I've been going to the Lisbon health center for over 6 years. Love this place! Knowledgeable and friendly staff, they schedule you quickly and they have a full range of services to meet your needs.

I go here for various reasons. They have a health center, dental center, and a multitude of other services for the county residents. I once worked there and I found that they are very helpful in many ways to thier clients and the community. I highly recommend this place.
