Very nice ppl when I came in and when I made a call about my order getting messed up which I got it fix which is fine. but there one chick in there that I really did not like the way she acted when I came back in to get my order fix. That just ruined my day completely I don’t think I will be back and will be going back to my old coffee shop.

So...I'm only going with 3 stars because of the service delays on my stop. I got my drinks pretty fast, however I stood around for almost 20 minutes waiting for 6 donuts and 25 holes...they were made, but Noone would stp and grab them. I watched 2 other people come in, get a drink and their donuts before I got mine. Everything was great food wise, but yes...the service was lacking.

This is a very friendly place that I go to just about every day. The gentleman. Manager and his crew are super sweet and helpful. Always quick and efficient. One day there were two women there instead of the usual group. One I believe may have been the manager not quite sure as I was in the drive thru. I won't get into all of the details but she was so rude to me for no reason that I asked them to take back my order and refund me. Just so it's understood that many years of DD...I have never felt I needed to do that before. I'm just grateful they weren't here permanently.

My trip to this Dunkin Donut's was very pleasant. The place was clean. Server's was quick, friendly, knowledgeable about menu, stock and area. Everything we ordered was prepared exactly as ordered on 1st try. This is great considering we had 8 people in our group. Great job.

I stopped this am on my way to work guys was pleasant. But I thought when u bring your own refill cup (yes it was dd cup) you get refill price well I got charged full price and no discount for working at hospital either are they not doing it anymore here? My daughter works at one in Fayetteville and they do it so I'm just wondering.

At the drive thru I got my drink no straw I sat there waiting for someone to notice I’m still there I see them talking and some even glance at me but she never comes back to the window there was cars behind me and I had to get to work so after 5 mins of waiting for someone to notice and come back I just leave ridiculous the lady had an attitude in the first place. If you hate your job quit it sweetheart everyone is hiring.

Went by at 9:30am not busy at all. The girl tells me to wait a second. She then leaves the intercom on, and I hear cussing, them discussing customers, and what she wants to try to eat there. At this point, there’s three cars behind me and I’m still waiting. The car behind me was recording the conversation. Didn’t even get my coffee. This place used to be so good, the crew they have now sucks.

This comment is really for all existing Dunkin’ Donuts nation wide, it's just that the Smithfield NC was the one that prompted me to write this comment. Prices go up and portions shrink. This trend lately of getting less than what you used to get for your money was never more evident than this morning when we stopped to pick up some bagels and donuts. Good lord, not a fan of the small oblong shaped bagels. The bagels tasted ok but their size has decreased at least 25-30% in diameter in the last couple of years. Of course, prices have not decreased. In fact, they are more than they were a couple of years ago. The same goes with donuts. They too have shrunk. Not the size of mini donuts yet, but again at least 25-30%. I don’t see any price reduction for the now junior sizes. Of course all this is happening everywhere you shop these days. Less product for the same price or even for more money. Us consumers need to start protesting this new business model. It’s not at all fair.

By far one of the best visits I had there, a lady named Megan made mine and my mom's drinks and they were the best we have ever had from there I completely recommend and I could visit again

So this place really needs to be cleaned. They are very under staffed and I feel horrible for the employees they have here. They are stretched thin. A guy had been waiting a very long time for his order. He got it. The sandwich was wrong. He waited even longer for a new sandwich. He got it. He went out to his car. Came back and showed everyone how nasty it looked, which it kind of did. He left so mad he hurled his drink at the outside wall at which time the staff had to lock the doors for our safety. The sourdough sandwich I got was good, the one my hubby got was wrong so we had to wait even more for that one. Than I noticed the black stuff on the caramel bottles and I got a caramel coffee...I threw it away. After working in deli's and restaurants I grew incredibly concerned about the rather icky appearance behind the counter.
