Have got a lot of stuff from here but probably won't visit again. About 9:30 am 11/5/22 the snot nosed punk at the drive thru window and the Heffer on the headset thought it would be cute to hide a dollar covered in chocolate sauce in my change. I seen their little tasteless attempt to mess with customers and gave them their syrupy dollar back for a tip. They thought it was funny when I gave it back. Maybe they should try a comedy show instead of food service.

Used to be great, but since Julz left...it continues to go down hill...and quickly... the baristas are rude, condescending and I never feel welcomed. Julz never even had to ask my order these new people don't care who you are, or to even get your order correct. Sad really.

I always like not having to wait in a long line! This location inside a Harris Teeter grocery store has all the usual Starbucks options and it also has very friendly & knowledgeable staff. I went to this place two days in a row - happy both times. Earlier is better for no lines. And the lime frosted coconut bar they have thus summer is too good. It's practically irresistible.

My boyfriend went got my drink from there for me and oh my god it's the BEST I've ever had. I tried calling to let them know and that they deserve all amazing good things happen to them and they deserve a raise! 10/10. So good.

Visited the location in Harris Teeter Beau Rivage on 10/15 around 11am and had the best experience. Julz was my barista and she was so friendly, and helpful. I rarely give reviews but I wanted to thank Julz for being upbeat, pleasant and personable. Really hard to find good customer service these days, but she’s awesome! Keep it up Julz!

By far, the worst drinks ever made from starbucks. Everytime ive gone there its a been a disappointment. Havent gone there in a while and figured id give them another chance.....big mistake! Fist off, the girl working had a horrible attitude, then tried to overcharge me. But the cherry on top were the horrible drinks! I tried to fix them when i got home but there was no fixing what they did. I'm never going back!!! Wish I could give 0 stars.

Honestly the worst Starbucks in town. Customer service is not their priority. If you want dark roast, seasonal blend or decaf... good luck. If you want excellent coffee and great customer service go to Starbucks inside Harris Teeter at Beau Rivage. Their staff is exceptional. Their product is on point. For the ridiculous price we're expected to pay for Starbucks coffee, they make it worth the price. But not the new Starbucks at Monkey Junction.
