Usually i have a quick and easy experience and have no problem with my food. Today I picked up my lunch on my break from work and this is the third time I haven’t got the cream cheese I paid for with my bagel. It really sucks because I don’t have enough time to go back to pick it up and I feel like I shouldn’t have to open my bag to do a quality check when they have a person that literally does that for customers… A little annoyed about that but I do still appreciate everyone’s hard work and I know things happen but I hope this helps them be more aware of checking what’s in a customers order.

I was an employee at this establishment for one year and the management at this location treated their employees very disrespectfully including me. The employees moral was terrible because of the supervisors. I’m big on supporting local businesses and this is corporation. Employees are not happy here. Please don’t support businesses where they treat their employees like trash. I know we have to give at least one star as a rating, I would have not even given this location that. My opinion it should be ZERO stars.

Steak and white cheese needs to be removed from the menu. I have eaten alot of the sandwiches at the Panera bread location. But this sandwich was way below standard dont like writing these things Public but this sandwich was just bad.

Ordered my favorite to go meal - Cheddar broccoli in a bread bowl And a large chicken chop salad. Soup came in 2 Paper Cups Without the bread Bowl. Large Salad Had only 1/2 a hard boiled egg and a few random buried pieces of avocado and maybe 4 pieces of bacon. The lettuce was wilty , some brownish and the quantity was small. I asked for no dressing. But was given dressing anyway. Initially I had to debate my order with the server until she finally checked and gave me my additional avocado and egg and bread bowl. When I got home I realized that there was no chicken on my 9salad??!! I am real sad that my favorite my favorite go to comfort food place has deteriorated so much.

We've been to many Panera Bread locations and this is the cleanest of all. Also, a great friendly staff. Salads and sandwiches are properly made and generous. Parking: Plenty of parking and there are two entrances to the restaurant.

The floors and tables were dirty. They should move the cups away from the self order kiosks and place them, oh I don't know, near the drinks. Prices were cheaper than what we spend at most fast food chains these days. Service was fast and food is delicious! Restaurant and bathrooms were also clean :)

I'm always happy when I find a Panera bread because the food is consistent and I really like it! The new Thai chicken soup is delicious, especially with the crusty bread. I usually get the salad as well tomatoes and cucumbers. Large selection of hot teas... I get the English breakfast.
