My husband and I have always had pleasant, courteous, and professional service during our visits. It was very nice to meet Dr. Davis at our recent visit and she was very kind and thorough. I must also mention Wanda. Wanda is absolutely wonderful! Her experience shows as she always personalizes our experience. Because she has taken the time to get to know us, she takes so much of the guess work out of our selection of frames best suited for us. (She's clearly an expert at this) This in addition to the wonderful service continues to add to our overall satisfaction with the doctors and staff at this location.

I took my son here for eye glasses and it was a very quick and efficient appointment. He was able to pick out some trendy nice eyeglasses. Everyone at this location is very nice. I was alittle confused when the person told me that some glasses come as it is and can't be adjusted only the back but thankfully the glasses fit pretty good already so it worked out. The lady did seem slightly annoyed when I asked how would it look with the back bended with no adjustments cause I never in my life heard of glasses that couldn't be fully customized. I do hope in the future they have more of a variety and offer full customization no matter what insurance you're using. Probably for this reason will go elsewhere for his second back up pair.

Kyle is the absolute best. He deserves a raise! We came in way too late on a Saturday. They should of turned us away but he didn’t. My daughters glasses were hanging on for dear life, purchased at another MyEyeDr. We asked for a reorder & he asked if we had insurance. I was never offered insurance at the other location, this is our 4th pair in a years time! In short, we love Kyle. Excellent and genuine customer service. Thank you so much.

Tech Brooks and Dr. Tracey Glendenning were soooo sweet and helpful to me and my two young daughters!! They patiently answered all of my daughters’ questions and were so kind and helpful!! They took their time with us and were truly so caring!

I have bought glasses in the past, and just got a new exam and lenses. I like Dr. Sutton and his staff. This place is always clean, the staff is pleasant and professional. I like the eye glass tips given by Laura and Wanda. These days it’s so important to stick with a good consistent thing. In my opinion, My Eye Dr. delivers.

After a recent visit to this establishment, I will no longer be going to MyEyeDr for my eyecare needs. As a longtime customer, I have never been treated so rudely and received such poor service like I did at my recent visit. Walking in, I made it clear that I was only there to receive my annual eye exam and pick out glasses. The staff continually tried to trick me into getting my eyes dilated and examined for contacts even after hearing me explain very explicitly that I am a broke college student and only looking to receive an exam that I know would be covered by my insurance. Upon finally realizing that I was not going to pay the additional $100+ for services I didn't want, the staff began to treat me very rudely. The customer service and professionalism stopped once they realized I was not going to line their individual pockets with a sale. After picking out glasses and awaiting my final bill, I was informed about everything on my receipt and told that with my glasses I was receiving a year warranty for any issues that might come up. I was not told that it was an additional $30 charge for the warranty. Upon receiving my receipt, I immediately asked for a refund for my $30 because I did not ask for that service, nor was I asked if I wanted it. A woman with dark hair behind the front desk immediately raised her voice and very rudely yelled at me from across the lobby that I could not bring in my glasses if they broke and they wouldn't care or be liable. Now I do happen to be a competent individual who understands what a warranty is and by asking for a refund, I would no longer have a warranty. But the way I was constantly mistreated with snide remarks and rudeness because I wanted to stay within the bounds of my insurance and not pay extra for things I didn't want was completely unacceptable. I believe the staff thought that since I was a young woman that they could steamroll over me, and when they found out that they couldn't, they stopped seeing me as a customer. I have never been treated so poorly for simply asking to stay within my budget. I will never return to a MyEyeDr again because of this experience. I wish for the staff at this establishment to revisit training on professionalism, customer needs, and customer service. It is truly embarrassing to watch grown employees act that way, because even as a college student, I know better.

Nice employees but you guys really need to LISTEN when a customer says they don’t want any additional services! I told them I was only here for an annual check up. Then they insist on getting pictures of my eye, which is an additional cost. I kindly said no thank you but they decided to go ahead and take pictures of my eye. THEN this new doctor, I don’t know his name, but he basically tricked me into putting in contact lenses RIGHT after I said “ I don’t wear contact lenses anymore they hurt my eyes and they’re uncomfortable.” Boom, surprise!!! that’s an additional 90 BUCKS FOR CONTACT FITTING. You guys can take my last 90 dollars but best believe I’m not coming back. LISTEN TO YOUR CUSTOMERS WE DONT WANT ADDITIONAL SERVICES UNLESS ASK FOR ADDITONAL SERVICES.

After being unsatisfied with experiences at other eye doctors my whole family has switched to MyEyeDr Racine. Their employee Blair is amazing & made the whole experience wonderful. I don't know what she did but my year's supply of contacts showed up at my doorstep in two days!
