Ethan was so awesome, he made sure and told us every single deal going on, helped us for over two hours on picking a phone, products and transferring the phone data. He even stayed 30 minutes after close just to help us. This man deserves the credit!! He also was very funny and good at keeping conversation!

False advertisement. We saw an ad for a promotion going on and after 30 mins talking to the rep and upgrading our payment, he tells us the promotion is no longer valid. Waste of time and switched to Verizon.

I was welcomed by David after taking two steps into the door - he was incredible! He helped me upgrade my phone and answered all of my questions. He was so knowledgeable and attentive to my concerns. I left the store feeling very confident in my decision and was so thankful to have David's help. 10/10 would recommend in comparison to any other AT&T in town - ask for David!

The staff was very friendly, helpful and understanding. The staff went above and beyond it was raining hard out so the staff got umbrellas and walk my Aunt and I out to our car. That was so nice of them to do that .

Dominic checked me in as soon as I walked through the door and informed me that I was 2nd in line and there would be a short wait. Not even 5 minutes later Craig assisted me with getting an upgrade. Craig was very informative, professional, and knowledgeable about the products and services you provide. Overall it was a great experience! Craig and Dominic were both an amazing help!!
