Very knowledgeable staff and always courteous and willing to help and answer any questions. We have rented instruments from Eckroth for past 5 years and have always been pleased.

Always extremely helpful and when you rent student instruments you can use half of the total rent towards the purchase of a new instrument. So I paid $700 for a $1,400 violin after renting for 4 years.

Evan is a fantastic guitar tuner! I walked in an acoustic guitar and he restrung it in less than 30 minutes on the spot 😮 Amazing service for only $28 - quality strings included. Plenty of parking outside, no lines, clean/well-organized space inside. A terrific choice for your guitar needs 👌🏼

I came here looking for a keyboard. They only had 2 options and one wasn't available to play. The employee didn't offer help or ask what we were looking for, even though we were the only ones in the store. We left and purchased a keyboard at Schmitt Music who were very helpful and had many more available options.

Great customer service! Quality supplies. There was a time were I was disappointed there, once. I had a clarinet that needed work done on it. It took them 3-4 months to get it done! It wasn't much work! Besides that, the employees are really friendly. I get all my instrument supplies there! They sell great string tuners, and Vandoren reeds. Thanks Eckroth!
