SCAM. Read my update at the end. My daughter went in to see if they could help with her overpronation. After racking up a whopping $1500+ bill she walked out without getting answers to her questions. I feel she was pressured into the purchase and she’s not even sure if they are helping her. Would not recommend this place. UPDATE. Called the number given got a message machine. Left my name, number and relevant info and have not heard from them at all. Beginning to feel like a scam business. Please beware.

The female that worked with me was very professional and exemplary. However for a piece of plastic that is mass produced and not shaped to the individuals foot/needs, the cost of $1500 is unacceptable as you’d receive a better product at CVS. Something that you can buy for $5 on Amazon, Will save yourself the visit.

I highly recommend going to the good feet store. The reasons why I recommend going is to learn. Learn the difference between an insole sold at scheels vs why the good feet recommends 3 different insoles. It costs you nothing to learn. I went with the $99 strengtheners to give it a try and I am glad I did. First few days I was feeling great in the morning and not suffering from planter fasciitis. After a few days I left them in for too long and my feet started getting sore. I couldn’t wear them for a few days. Now I am wearing them in increments throughout the day and that is helping me out considerably. My next step is to get the relaxers so they are not so aggressive and use the strengtheners in the day to help my tendon get back to strength.

The shoes that they sold me are very comfortable without the orthotics. I will be returning to the store to see what can be done about the orthotics being that they they cause be so much pain

Anyway yesterday the arches have really helped. I don't have pain in my feet at night just once in awhile during the day but then I switch out to the other ones. The entire process is a marketing scam. The products aren't actually custom and by the end of their sales pitch, they want you to spend over $1,100. The inserts they are selling are mass produced by similar brands for under $50. Do your research and understand the product you are truly getting. I did not purchase any inserts because of the price and can not attest to the quality. However, quick math you could get brand new $50 inserts every 6 months for 11 years which would outweigh the 'warranty' they try to sell you on.
