My stylist was a no-show for a cut & color. After waiting for her, another stylist called her & found out that she wasn't feeling well & wouldn't be in. I left with nothing but dissatisfaction. A little compensation for MY time would've helped a little. I understand being sick..but it was 10 am, maybe a phone call to your job. Or me before hand. Ulta has my phone number..

Every single time I go in here they try to push tula products on me and I feel like they make commission off it, which makes me less trusting of their opinions. I have bought several tula products and have returned a couple because I broke out or I couldn't take the smell.

Brooke was so welcoming and kind. She asissted me with color matching me for a concealer, and foundation and it is the perfect shade. I'm very pale and I've struggled with acne all my life, and recommended me to use full coverage. I mentioned that I have very sensitive skin, she new all the information about each product that she showed me, and also mentioned if I end up having a reaction from the products that I can bring it back and either get my money back or look for something else. Donny as well is such a kind and helpful lady and I always have a great conversation with her. I will forever shop at Ulta, instead of any other makeup company plus the ulta points are great I almost spend $250 and I had points racked up from awhile ago and I only ended up spending $53! Fantastic guys and girls that work there and they have an amazing system!

My wife spends a LOT of money here so it must be good🤷♂️ I don't go in with her anymore because it's awkward for men...but... My wife loves the products & specifically the eyebrow pencil thing. Sooo yeah. They also sell some kind of face paint called foundation that conceals your natural beauty. From a man's perspective everything's overpriced & they're alwaysss trying to peddle some "sale" (Which in my opinion is some snake oil scam) haha! But I guess you get what you pay for. And here you get amazing products👍👍👍 It's also a fun atmosphere if you like talking about your feelings, leggings, TikTok, coffee & other girl topics. This is such an amazing place in fact if you have a girlfriend, fiancee or wife DON'T bring her here...EVER! If you're a man & like talking about the weather, guns, gas prices & politics in your camouflage shirt, blue jeans & work boots (Trust me) you won't fit in here.🤦♂️ I hope this review helps some men out there.

Ultimately, like so many businesses is still dealing with supply chain issues. They did not have my wife's favorite hairspray available and they have no idea when they might get it back in stock. They did provide a card with instructions to order online and the card provided free shipping regardless of price or quantity of product. So, that was nice, but still frustrating. Really like Ulta otherwise. They can't control supply chain. Just a sign of the times. Definitely will shop here again. Great customer service. Friendly staff, willing to help as best they can. Great selection of products. Will definitely shop here again!
