I haven't had many issues with their food but the delivery time estimate is so wildly inaccurate it's not worth ordering. The pizza tracker has said the pizza was delivered for over 10 minutes now but it's nowhere to be found. There is no reliable pizza restaurants in this area and the only other one I had a good experience with stopped delivering. Edit after the food was here: they shorted me a sauce cup and gave me pasta without cheese on it.

Worst experience with a pizza place I’ve ever had. Orderd over 1.20 hours ago and Their phone is conveniently not answereing. After we already ordered twice. Don’t order online!!!!

Worst Dominos I have ever used. Over 2 and 15 minutes to get our order. After hour and half tried to call and cancel and was on hold for 30 minutes when I just gave up. Pizza finally arrives, order incomplete. What a waste of my money when you wait so long and things are cold and wrong. My advice don’t order from this store.!

We ordered a pizza on the app. We have been waiting over TWO HOURS, we still haven’t received our food. On the app it shows it’s still “prepping”. When we tried calling the store, at first no one answered. When we called again we were connected with someone at a call center who didn’t even work at the store and when we explained what was going on they said they would just connect us to the store. We waited on hold for at least 10 minutes and no one at the store was answering. Not sure what is going on there but this is ridiculous.

I ordered online and got a notification that my pizza was ready for pickup. When I get there it wasn’t ready or had it even been started. So I wait until they supposedly cook my food and an hour later I get it and was able to leave. Absolutely ridiculous

I always order online but for some reason I kept getting an error so I called the store to ask if they had any items missing or out of stock the lady said no that the store had everything and she asked if I wanted to place my order over the phone so I took her up on her offer, I literally tell her please no mushrooms and she legit repeats after me “no mushrooms” and surprise surprise there are unwanted mushrooms on my food, I wouldn’t have tipped 25% if I knew my order wasn’t going to be correct. Honestly at this point I think the best thing to do is avoid this location. 1/23/22 1/5*

Our order was a XLG X cheese X mushroom. This is what we got. Online ordering was unavailable D/T corporate. Who knew an XLG was paper thin and that you can not get extra toppings. No flavor. No taste. Supervisor would not listen and talked over you as you were explaining the issue. Since the XLG is only $1.22 difference in price and you can get any crust you want, I suggest saving the cost and order elsewhere.
