Planned to become a new Walgreen's customer. Called ahead to make sure they carry the med. Was put on hold, which I expected. For the next 30-minutes, the system would kick me from waiting to ringing in, and then an employee would pick up, as I heard the store noise, and immediately place me on hold again, without ever saying anything. This happened for ar least 5-times, that I counted. I hung up. If this is the customer service given to people who want to start being a Walgreen's customer, I can only imagine the actual service given will be massively delayed as well. Obviously, they need more employees to be a functional pharmacy.

I do not recommend this location to get your covid booster. They had problems finding my insurance. I said, "do you need insurance for the boosters, I thought they were free?" They said, "if you have insurance we need to charge them, not the government." So my wife and I sat around as they fiddled around trying to locate my insurance while there's a long line of people trying to get their prescriptions. They were clearly understaffed and I felt bad for the employees. It was just a complete mess and took an hour, getting the initial vaccine wasn't half this headache or time. They finally managed to locate my insurance which we had already provided online, and we did manage to get jabbed so 1 star thanks Walgreens 👍

Normally, I don’t have any issues but I’ve been waiting over a week for a prescription refill. No ETA. I call today to get some sort of update on it and I wait on hold 12 minutes and eventually hung up on. Not sure what else to do so I’m putting a review here and calling my doctor to see if I can get it filled somewhere else.

I tried to get a COVID and flu shot at 1:18 but was informed that the pharmacy closes for lunch at 1:30. Therefore, I would have to come back after their lunch. There were 5 people working in the pharmacy so I wouldn't think that they were short-handed. This practice that Walgreens has adopted is unfortunate.

The store section of walgreens is great, but the pharmacy is horrible. I have been very understanding of the staff shortage, but this is ridiculous that it takes a day and a half to get a script, and they are NEVER apologetic. They just tell you like it is, and no empathy on their part at all. Customer service is a thing of the past! Very sad....

Waited on hold for 2.5h for the pharmacy and got disconnected while waiting as next in line for an hour. Called the next day to wait another hour on the phone to be told they hadn't transferred a prescription yet. Serially understaffed location, don't waste your time. Managing to answer 1 phone call an hour is unacceptable.

Called the pharmacy for a question that can’t be answered by the automated system. Sat on hold for an hour, thought for sure something must be wrong so I hung up and called back, still sitting on hold with more than three callers ahead. Let us leave a message or something, can’t sit on hold for 3 hours. This is why I prefer CVS.

This Walgreens is a joke I had my son put my case of beer on the counter because I hurt my hand and it was to heavy to lift up and they refused to sell it to me. This is absolutely ridiculous treating your customers this way. I have never been treated like this before from any Walgreens before.

I ordered a photo at 6, the website said "expected time is 7:06pm". You get an email when the order is done, so I figured I'll go hang around the area until I get my email. Well 7:46pm comes around, and I figure there must be something wrong, and I go and call the number sent in the email. The guy on the phone said that the order is ready! I walk into the store and the poor single guy working the desk just printed off my picture. They ran out of frames, so he offered to go to another store the next morning to get one, or leave it as is now. I go ahead and pay for my print and leave. (Never received the email btw) See, this is a situation where you realize that the store is very understaffed. I came in 2-3 hours before it closes, and I'm pretty sure there were only 3 staff in the whole store. The people there are nice, it just will take a while for orders to get through. The store needs to reduce their hours for sure.

I love Walgreens and always have a good experience. I go in a few times a week for quick transactions and almost never have to wait. When I get prescriptions, the line moves fast and the techs are professional. The pharmacists have always been great when I have questions, and they are great for immunizations as well. In addition to the good customer service, I also like their selection of products. It's easy to stop in for last-minute necessities.
