Wanted to charge $2.75 to send a pre-paid package. I'm not going to pay extra to send a package because she has to carry it 4 steps. That's weird.

Friendly staff but they charge a fee to ship stuff out even with a prepaid label, which turned me away completely.

There's a charge to send out a package, even if you already have a paid label on it. May be close by, but I'd rather drive the extra 10 minutes and not get charged.

Very poor place to deal with. Had a package shipped there and before even considering to contact me the refused deliver said they didn't order it and when I finally got a phone call back the guy was very rude and not talking to me in a nice time at all. Telling how this works and how I don't know lol never bring any business back there again cost a lot of money for them to do that and it came out of my pocket not there's. Maybe this place should consider changing there title on ups web site since it's not what they say it is and how it's meant to work very good place to get scammed from.

Got there at 4:51 and everything was locked. Hours are till 5:00pm. Went back the next day and wanted to charge $2.50 to take a drop off package. Label printed already and box taped up ready to go. I’ve never seen a UPS store or UPS authorized agent charge for a drop off.

Do not use this place to "drop off" packages that you have already paid for a label. They charge additional fees! They are evidently NOT an official drop off facility. I learned the hard way. If you don't care about the fees and are in a hurry i guess it works.
