Find another place to have a mailbox. It used to be a pretty decent place but they have new employees and they will 100% STEAL your packages. They’ve flat out robbed packages from me. Go elsewhere

I walked In to return a box didn't get a hello how are you doing today. I got nothing. I said hello how are you doing today. What I heard back was What you think we are doing. So mean and nasty. I will not be going back there again. Plus when I was leaving I didn't heard have a good day. They was no help I am going to a different one now.

I've been to this location a few times since they revamped and hired all new employees. The staff is rude , extremely lazy and act like everyone that comes in is a bother . I watched the new girl that's been there a few months now get extremely mean with an older gentleman. UPS advertises a notary at that location. They even have posters on their wall advertising it , and the man came in with an appointment for notary service at that location, he even had appointment reminders from UPS on his phone , and the woman behind the counter got mean and kept saying"we don't do that here, you gotta go somewhere else!".. she never once apologized or was not even the slightest bit friendly about it. They are rude to everyone and make the UPS experience absolutely horrible. I was also there the day this new girl was being trained and her manager made sure she didn't over charge me on faxing, which the girl tries to do several times, but this last time I was overcharged by about $6 dollars, just to fax two pieces of paper. So yes, they will overcharge you and act like you're a nuisance,,, do yourself a favor and go to a different location if you need any actual friendliness or customer service.

Was almost attacked by staff for having my Amazon package in a box which is apparently a huge no. Had to run out of there. The store needs to be shut down and a petition needs to be started… They are bullying the neighborhood because they are miserable and they are a menace to society.

My husband had an appointment with the notary set up for today at 430p. After waiting in line for over 20 minutes he proceeds to the counter where he was told, "Sorry but our Notary quit ". Really! You could not call us and tell us?!

Missed the UPS guy @2:30p, because I was at work. I get a notification that my package is available for pick up at this location around 6pm. So I drive over with the notice sticker in hand and the lady rudely said when did your package get here. No greeting? No hello how are you ??? She said the package wouldn’t be available for pick up til tomorrow. Well why does it say it’s ready for customer pickup online ? No response. Waste of a drive. UPS in general needs work!!!

I went there today to ship something to New Jersey it was $40 for the shipping. To put it in a box with bubble wrap was $50! I get it everyone has to make money but I felt completely ripped off and taken advantage of. I will never go to the store again.

I had a package that was delivered to this store. Online package tracking said my package was delivered at the front desk yesterday and signed for by an employee, but when I went to the UPS store to pick up my package, I was told that "delivered" meant it wasn't delivered yet and they didn't have my package - she didn't even look. I waited a few hours and called in to ask where my package was and was told it was there. I had to go back to the UPS store again and when I got my package, it the package is clearly marked showing that it WAS received by the store yesterday. Why was I originally told they didn't have it when clearly they did? They should've just left the package at my doorstep instead of taking it to this worthless store. I didn't leave any instructions for them to deliver it to this location. Avoid this location if you can. the staff is generally not helpful, competent, or friendly.
